Who Thinks Season 4 Is A Rip-Off?!

    All the new episodes of Spongebob since season 4 started have been ruining the series! None of them have the Spongebob charm you'd get from watching an episode from 1,2,and 3. They feel like they were rushed to be made and Nick knew as long as it had Spongebob in it people would watch it. If this is the way Spongebob will slowy die out than I hope this great series gets atleast one more episode with the SpongeBob feeling that made the series so popular instead of a terrible rushed episode. They're making episodes as fast as they can so they can make more money instead of caring about the qaulity of the episodes. Who agrees?

    I admit SpongeBob does have a different personality, but the episodes are still good.

    The first 3 seasons of spongebob were produced from 1999-2002. The creators figured that the show was going to end after the movie so no new episodes were made from 2002-2004. Season 4 is so different because of the long 3 year gap between making new episodes. Season 4 is more fast paced and spongebob's voice and the animation are also different but the show isn't that bad. Its not like the Rugrats where they added new characters from the movie. Spongebob has the exact same main characters in Season 4 as they did in Seasons 1-3.

    I agree, Season 4 is nothing like seasons 2 or 3, which are, of course, the best seasons ever. Also, the animation in season 4 is too cheap and when I watch it, I feel like I'm watching impersonators of SpongeBob characters. Seriously, I do.

    Season 1 was nothing special but rather just an introduction of the characters. Season 2 the show started getting a lot better and Season 3 is where the show became the best. Season 4 isn't as Good as Season 3 but it isn't bad either.

    Seriously, I know people that say season one is better than season four because there are too many things about season four that they hate, and yet they can never name the things about season four that they hate. Besides, so what if things are different? It's how good the episodes are that mostly matters.

    I agree with both of you. Just because Spongebob's voice has changed doesn't mean that the show sucks. Anyway, there are some episodes from other seasons that are worse than some Season 4 episodes. Season 4 is my second favorite season(Season 3 is #1).

    Let's stop the madness.

    Aside from Mr. Krabs having more major parts this season than any other character, and the supposedly "change" in SpongeBob's voice, what do most of you guys not like about Season 4?

    It's actually my second favorite season.

    I hate season 4! but that is just my opinion no i'm not bashing it but i can only say i hate the 4th season no i won't bash it but it has gone downhill never said the show sucks this show is great but it's just gone downhill but then again some episodes of season 4 were good like Wigstruck.

    The show is indeed why different compared to its earlier counterparts. I found season 1 to be the most informational, as that season did not focus that much on humor but on telling a story. the humor was more witty too. Season 4 just seems way differnt. The voice for SB, the characters' emotions are overemphasized also.

    Season 4 isn't bad. It has some good episodes like Krusty Towers. I like season 4 actually.

    I will still never understand why people think episodes like "The Best Day Ever" and "Dunces and Dragons" are better than "The Paper" and "Texas (whatever the title is)". Seasons 1-3 were awesome, Season 4 is... hmmm... pretty crappy. I've only liked 3 of the episodes in Season 4, and they still weren't that good. I'm seriously disappointed in Spongebob.

    The Paper and Texas were both made when spongebob wasn't that popular in 1999 so those episodes were more classic and original. Episodes like Best Day Ever and Dunces and Dragons are made now because the show has already gotten so popular so its only natural for the episode quality to go down.

    i half agree some of the 4th season episodes were good like skill crane and Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy VI - The Motion Picture and Krusty Towers / Mrs. Puff, You're Fired and Wishing You Well, Selling Out,Krabs vs. Plankton all thoose episodes were pretty good al the rest dont deserve to be a offical spongebob episode

    Their you go with stupid excuses again because SpongeBob was ALWAYS naive and Patrick was ALWAYS dumb. What about in "Pressure" where Patrick just found out that Sandy is a girl? If that ain't dumb, then I don't know what is.
