That's my FAVORITE! Too bad it got cut.
I would have to say in "Jellyfishing" where Squidward swallows the jellyfish, falls off the cliff, and then for some reason explodes.

Another favorite bad thing of mine that has happened to Squidward is after he finally admits that he Loves Krabby Patties in the episode "Just One Bite," he eats so many of them, the meat fat in the Krabby Patties goes right to his thighs, causing him to blow up or explode! He's taken to the hospital with only his head getting blood and the rest of him is in a bucket! It was so bad, it was hilarious!
Squidward:"What's going to happen? Am I gonna blow up?" Spongebob:"No, worse! It will go right to your thighs!" Squidward:"My thighs?" (Camera pans down to show Squidwards tentacles have become extremely big and extremely fat!) Spongebob:"And then you blow up!" (Squidward explodes!)

Another favorite bad thing of mine that happens to Squidward in the episode "Jellyfishing" is when he got stung by that giant jellyfish not once, but twice in the same episode!
Spongebob to Squidward:"You're not still mad at us are you?" (Squidward opens the bottle containing the jellyfish.) Patrick:"Yep, he's still mad."
