Do you think Spongebob is gay

    I don't know why people are saying Spongebob is gay that is not true to me, I think he loves Sandy, what do you think?

    ...OK, i can see them having him kiss Squidward or Patrick sometime, he already gave mouth-to-mouth to The Bully of-screen once, though if he does infact kiss a male, it would obviously only be for comedic reasons, but it wouldn't stop it from looking oh so very gay

    Yeah, it said one of the memories he has in the episode is of him marrying Sandy.
    Plus in the book, SpongeBob's Secret Valetine, he blushed nervously while giving Sandy his special valentine, thinking they would end up being a couple afterwards.

    That rumor of SpongeBob being gay needs to stop.

    SpongeBob is asexual, and he even proves it in the episode "Pressure". The only major relationship he's had so far was with a (female) Krabby Patty. He is too young at heart and inexperienced for love, and his acts of innocence are what lead a lot of people to believe he's gay.

    Also, there is a chance that SpongeBob has a crush on Sandy. (i.e. that book you guys mentioned, or that "A Random Act of SpongeBob" short where SpongeBob secretly gives Sandy flowers) But, at the moment, SpongeBob is is only happy gay ".

    Maybe he is just coming around to being straight instead of asexual then. But he is definately not gay
