    Nah, they're extending it to 2010. I'm happy Spongebob won't be cancelled for a couple more years, but hopefully the new eps stay good.

    It has not been confirmed that SpongeBob will end in 2008. RetroJunk.com is just a piece of junk. By the way, it has recently been confirmed that the show will have a sixth season, so the show is ESTIMATED the end in 2010.

    Unless it has a seventh season, of course.

    While I agree the new episodes seem to be either hit-or-miss, not all of them are bad. Each Spongebob seasons are different in animation and humor.

    It's still a damn mile better than any other cartoon on Nick right now (except Kappa Mikey, I reckon that show is unfairly treated).
    If it along with the only other running show on Nick I still watch (Drake and Josh) is cancelled, I'm gonna give up watching Nick. The rest of the crap on it right now (Avatar, Mr Meaty, The X's, Just Jordan, Naked Brothers Band) ain't worth my time.

    SpongeBob probably isn't ending in 2008 because if the ratings keep going up if they make better episodes they might let the show air more years and the audiences would be happier if this happens and also the SpongeBob fans. Am I right?
