    I have good news and bad news.

    Good news: SpongeBob is getting a 6th season and won't get off the air until 2010 so it's not going to end in 2008 anymore.

    Bad news: SpongeBob's 6th season will only have 10-11 episodes and will be off of Nick in the year 2010.

    Sad, isn't it? I thought SpongeBob would last much longer than that, but then again, we're talking about Nickelodeon and they only care about profit. Even if the show gets the highest ratings on whole network, Nick will still cancel it if it's not making enough money so I'm afraid SpongeBob will be ending in 2010 and if Nick cancels SpongeBob, then Nick would have low viewers as they are canceling their other top shows as well. I see a dark future for Nick, a very dark one.

    The show is renewed for a sixth season and 13 episodes have been ordered for that season, though the season could be extended. The estimated ending date is 2010. However, the show could be extending for a seventh season.

    Wait...thirteen episodes? I went on wikipedia and they said it would have 10-11 episodes in the sixth season.
