With friends by his side, Eugene makes a choice to head directly to the Bikbot Kingdom. But for that, they need a boat. When the Attackers come, they are able to capture Eugene and company. Will Eugene be able to escape?

3.3 A Year Away from Home

Eugene notices that he has been away from home for an entire year, but not until the day is over. Eugene tries to make up for the day by forgetting everything else, a hard job when he is in charge of so much on the SS Attacker 2.0 (The ship that the Attackers came from, the remains of the group). Will Eugene have his moment?

3.4 The Search

Originally aired: 8/24/09

Back on SS Attacker (the other one,) the group searches across the harbor for Eugene and his friends, which leads them to think he is dead. But no one is ready to admit so, and they continue looking, leading up to bad results (the crew find themselves face to face with some Bikbots).

3.5 Low-life Krabs

Originally aired: 8/24/09

Eugene overhears Bub talking to Larg, and hears him call the krabs a lowlife. Thinking he was referring to him, Eugene starts acting rude once more to Bub. Only Larg can save the friendship these two share. Will he be able to?

3.6 The Shadow

Originally aired: 8/24/09

Eugene thinks he sees the crew so tries to hide himself, but his shadow is so long that at the Refuel Harbor, all the search members can see him. Now, the crew had already fought off the Bikbots, but when they see Eugene's shadow, they search all around for him. Will they realize he's not there?

Eugene and company are on the SS Attacker 2.0 and Larg sees a seamummy. Eugene misses it so decides to get inside the water. When he finds it, will Eugene be able to get out?

3.8 Nearly Defeated

Originally aired: 10/12/09

When Larg sees a fish and almost gets killed, Eugene saves him. Now Larg acts like a servant to him. Will Eugene be able to get Larg off of his back? (Note: This is a copy of other shows' save-your-life-I'm-your-slave type of thing.)

Battle at Sea What happens: Eugene finally gets things together at the SS Attacker 2.0, but now there are new troubles. What will happen? Find out. Catch the first two episodes that will air on November 20, 2009 at 7:00. Then on the next day catch the last part on November 21, 2009. 3.9 The Battleship (The Battle at Sea, part one)

Eugene and company come across a Bikbot battleship. Because they are on the SS Attacker 2.0, the Bikbot ship thinks they are friends and call them over to defeat the other SS Attacker, overrun by crew members. Eugene notices that they are, in fact, the crew. They try to defeat the battleship, but their identity is blown and they are thrown to the ship dungeons, where at the last moment they go away and flee to the SS Attacker.

3.10 The Warning (The Battle at Sea, part two)

Originally aired: 11/20/09

When they arrive at the ship, everyone is hapy to see Eugene and company. Eugene warns the crew about the ship. When they don't listen to him, Eugene tries as hard as he can before leaving, saying that if they don't want to listen he doesn't want to speak, and that the crew will find a different route to Bikbot.

3.11 The Battle at Sea (The Battle at Sea, part three)

Originally aired: 11/21/09

When the crew notice that the Bikbot battleship is indeed present, the group quickly call back Eugene, but he is well onto an odd island. They must fight the battle by themselves. At the last moment, when things are going back, Eugene quickly defeats the men, giving him a nickname: Armor Abs Krabs.

3.12 The Ascending Darkness

Originally aired: 11/30/09

At Bikbot Kingdom, the Bikbot king is angered to find that Eugene, his only enemy, has gotten the Bikbot Darkgem and is headed for him. He decides to power himself with the finest masters. And he does. He is now extremely more powerful than Eugene can possibly be.

3.13 The Message from Above

Originally aired: 12/13/09

Eugene is on the SS Attacker. They stopped at the island he was at earlier and merged together the SS Attacker and the battleship. The SS Eugene Supreme is the new name, much to Gibson's dismay. Eugene gets a message from the Elder Starfish's best friend spirit, Fluffy Bobear. He warns him about the Bikbot King's training. Eugene is now determined to stop him. Eugene also begins training. Will he be successful at doing so?

3.14 Crab Coot

On the SS Eugene Supreme, Eugene begins acting insane, because he knows he'll have to fight the Bikbot King. The rest of the SS Attackers crew are feeling extremely weird about this, while only Larg, Bub, Jord, and hiding Aerbastian know the truth. What will happen next?

3.15 Out of Hiding

Originally aired: 12/22/09

Gibson sees that Eugene is holding in his hand something, that looks like Aerbastian. He thinks that it is the secret that Eugene didn't want anyone to find out. He calls Captain Bones over. When Captain Bones says either Eugene stays on the ship and Aerbastian leaves or they both leave. Jord, Larg, and Bub stand by Eugene's decision to leave with Aerbastian. Many of the fish on the boat, excluding Gibson, tell Captain Bones that he's made a grave mistake. Captain Bones tries to find Eugene, but will he? Meanwhile, Eugene went off of the ship and goes onto the SS Attacker 2.0. They then drive off.

3.16 Fool's Boat

Originally aired: 12/23/09

Eugene, Larg, Bub, Jord, and Aerbastian are riding in the SS Attacker 2.0 until they are struck in the back of the boat by a cannon. Meanwhile on the SS Eugene Supreme Captain Bones finds what he thinks to be another Bikbot Battleship. When they find out who it is, in the end, Captain Bones allows Eugene, Larg, Jord, Bub, AND Aerbastian onto the SS Attacker.

3.17 The True Story Unfolds

Originally aired: 12/24/09

Eugene notices that Bikbot soldiers are everywhere. They even are beginning to dominate the seas. Wondering why, Eugene calls for a meeting with all of his friends. They make sure Gibson is away before discussing what they should do. They all decide that it's best to tell Captain Bones the truth. When they tell him, Captain Bones agrees that it's time to defeat the Bikbot Kingdom. And they begin steering--towards the Bikbot Kingdom.

3.18 The Grand Gates

The SS Eugene Supreme is at the gates of the kingdom. After going past them, they are supreme target #1 for all of the Bikbots. Will they succeed in their endeavors? Meanwhile, the Bikbot King prepares himself to fight Eugene.

3.19 The Perplexing Palace

The SS Eugene Supreme fights off loads of armies on the way to the Bikbot Palace. When they do arrive, they clear it out.

3.20 The King of Bikbot Kingdom

Eugene and friends face the Bikbot King and begin an exciting and thrilling fight. In the end, Eugene wins.

3.21 After the Math: Eugene

After the big fight, Eugene changes Bikbot Kingdom to Bikini Bottom, with other's help. Weedport gets turned into Goo Lagoon. The sea friends part, sadly. Eugene opens up a shop called the Krabby Patty Treasure Chest.

Moving On:

Patrick decides to move away from Bikini Bottom and go to Starfishville (which is kind of like the place in Squidville, apart from they all live in rocks and they are all Starfish). Patrick meets his new neighbours Perry and Pam, and adopts a cute little rock called Polly.

Jellyfish Day:

The town is having a day to celebrate jellyfish by having a whole jellyfish parade, which causes havoc when the Jellyfish think they are mocking them and go wild stinging everyone in Starfishville. It's up to Patrick, Perry and Pam to stop them.

Pilot: See Post Before

2: Patrick needs a job, so he goes to the doughnut store to get a job as a doughnut maker, but when he ends up eating all the doughnuts he makes, Mr. Patchy (his new boss) gives him the Doughnut Tester Job; Someone has stolen a doughnut from the store, and everyone blames Patrick as he is the tester. But is it him?

3. Patrick and Perry go downtown, but Patrick gets lost in the supermarket and can't find his way out; Pam needs someone to look after her little cousin, so she asks Patrick to do the job, which isn't really a good choice.

4. Patrick's fellow workmate Peter thinks he isn't a very good tester, so they have a series of dangerous tests to see who is better; Patrick calls Squidward to help him decorate his rock, and he reluctantly agrees to get away from SpongeBob. However, Patrick winds him up so much that he leaves when the rock is half finished, so Patrick must finish the other half himself.

5. The cashier is ill and Patrick is asked to fill in, but when he accidently gives a customer $1 more change he worries he will be fired; Perry gets an award for being smart, and people are happy for him, but soon he boasts too much and people don't care.

6. Felix worries too many people are misbehaving so he makes a whole big list of rules, turning the whole town into boring people that all do the same thing; Patrick gets a new phone and becomes so obsessed with it that he forgets other stuff.
