2.1 The Return

Eugene is quiet when he comes back onto the SS Attacker, and tells Bub, Jord, and Larg not to say anything to the crew, because they will just ruin it for him. He doesn't want that. Gibson overhears this and tries to convince Eugene to spill the beans. But it won't be that easy, and in the end Gibson is still determined to get Eugene to tell him what he doesn't want to tell.
2.2 Thoughts at Sea

Eugene starts wondering what the world would be like without any water and falls asleep. The results are scary. When Eugene wakes up, he decides what the world has...it's for the better.
2.3 Hi, Tide
Originally aired: 3/21/09
Gibson puts some pills into Eugene's dinner ration of chicken nuggets, a hamburger, and a small loaf of bread (served with some tomato sauce. Got you hungry, huh?) Eugene begins hallucinating the next day and calls inatimate objects names. Captain Bones is convinced Eugene is crazy...but will the truth be revealed at the last moment?
2.4 Humiliation

Gibson is angered because no matter what he does, Eugene won't spill the beans. Then he decides to act like Eugene's friend, get him into a humiliation situation, stick up for the laugh's he'll get, and then Eugene will join him into his group and spill the beans. But what will it take for Gibson to get Eugene into humiliation? And in the end, will it backfire upon him?
2.5 Day of Seachaun

Gibson is desperate to find out the secret of Eugene. The next day is the day of Seachaun. If he dresses up as a seachaun, then Eugene would possibly tell him to give him the wish of nobody finding out about the secret, which is whatever the secret is. The next day, Gibson steals some seachaun clothes from Tabby (the maintanance manager) and dresses up as a Seachaun, Gibby. Will Eugene spill the beans? Or will Gibson (sorry, Gibby) get humiliated in front of everyone?
2.6 Night Lights

Gibson is tired and goes to bed. Eugene sees some lights coming from the north part of the SS Attacker. He runs to tell Captain Bones. The rest of the episode is spent with the crew guessing what the light is. It's actually a light signaling ships that there is a harbor near land. Captain Bones sends the ship to the dock of the harbor.
2.7 The Refuel Harbor
Originally aired: 3/25/09
The harbor seems to be an inviting place. Gibson enjoys the lathering calmness of the place, Bones likes all of the money and gold the place holds, but Eugene begins to get suspicious when Gibson enters a station of the harbor, but never comes out. Determined to save Gibson, Eugene goes into the harbor to find: The Attackers. and there are tons of them. All looking at Eugene. The killer of their master.
2.8 The Escape
Originally aired: 3/26/09
Eugene, Larg, Bub, and Jord all run away from the attackers, narrowly escaping into another town, where there are some Attacker hideout men. When Eugene tries to run away, he succeeds and this continues on for a couple more towns before Eugene stops by in a desert.

2.9 Quest for Quench

Eugene, Bub, Jord, and Larg are all thirsty, but Eugene presses on finding a way out of the desert. Finally he caves in and they all look for some water in the middle of a desert. They come upon some water and drink it, and look up. They all are amazed at what they see.
2.10 The Floating City
Originally aired: 4/27/09
Eugene, Larg, Bub, and Jord see a city. A big, regular sized city, but it's not in front of them. It's in the sky. They climb tree after tree and try to make it up to the city, and manage to do so.
2.11 A Swiftly Tilting Shell
Originally aired: 4/30/09
Eugene sees all Crabs in the floating city. He talks to all of them to get to know them. There is one called Aerbastian who Eugene finds really like a best friend. It's him who shows Eugene the tilted shell, but Eugene actually knocks it down from the floating city. When Aerbastian tells him that if the mayor of the city finds out about this, he'll be in big trouble so he, Aerbastian, Bub, Larg, and Jord all try to find the shell. They find it and have to try and get it back up.
2.12 Land Above Time

When they get back up, Eugene notices the difference between up in the Floating City and down in the Lost Desert Lake Woods. It's much quicker up there, which means he's spent his valuable time up in the city. He now needs to make it out of the desert lake woods, with Aerbastian by his side.
2.13 The Powerful Shell

The Tilted Shell comes of big help to Eugene when he tries to escape the desert lake woods. It transports them where they need to go. But Eugene notices a flaw when the shell doesn't take him back to the SS Attacker, just a strange village.
2.14 The Strange Folk

Eugene, Jord, Bub, Larg, and Aerbastian decide it's best to try and familiarize themselves with the village so they could possibly find a way out of it. But what will it take to get the village to notice them?
2.15 Punishment
Originally aired: 5/20/09
Now that Eugene has saved the cattle and everyone notices him in the village, life begins getting good--until Eugene accidently messes up and allows cattle to overgraze the land. Eugene was sure he didn't do it, but still he's going in for punishment. Unless, of course, his friends can bail him out.
2.16 The Ruins
Originally aired: 5/31/09.
The key that the villagers give him for finding the real culprit, their very own shepherd, can be used as a ticket out of the village, past the key locked door. The place beyond there is called the Ruins for a reason, but what's that reason? And will Eugene find out in time?

2.17 The Climb

Eugene and friends make it out of the ruins and begin the climbing up the volcano. But they find themselves in a fix when Eugene gets separated from the rest of the group. Will they all make it up to the summit?
2.18 The Summit

Eugene is the only one that makes it up into the summit. He waits long, but all 3 of his friends do not make it. Eugene tries calling for them. Sure that he is the only one that will make it to the summit, he gets mad and emotional. He accidently trips and falls backfirst into the Crab Volcano. Meanwhile, Bub and Larg are together, while Jord and Aerbastian are together. Will Aerbastian prove to be like Eugene?
2.19 The Descent

Aerbastian and Jord make it up to the summit first and look around for Eugene before they themselves fall into Crab Volcano. Meanwhile, Eugene meets with some dark folk at the base of the volcano and they battle him. They overpower him and Eugene gets sent to jail. Larg and Bub are friends, yes, but when Larg and Bub find that they have many differences in speed, they both quickly begin to thin out their relationship. Finally, they both reach the Summit and make up, and then Bub trips. When Larg goes to help him, all 2 of them fall into the volcano.
Special. -2.20- Gem Gail (1-hour long movie event)

The Season Two finale begins with Eugene, who is in jail. They call it Gem Jail. This shows Eugene in big trouble, and how Gem Jail really is. Aerbastian and Jord reach the bottom of Crab Volcano and look for Eugene, while Bub and Larg have to look for both Aerbastian and Jord plus Eugene. Jord, Aerbastian, Bub, and Larg meet up and try to look for Eugene. They come across a guard, who battles them. After they defeat him, more guards come and hold the quintet captive. In Gem Jail, they meet up with Eugene and decide to escape. Eugene finds that the Bikbot Darkgem powers the entire jail, and the prisoners are those who wanted to stop Bikbot Kingdom but failed and got captive by the native crabs. Eugene dresses up as a guard and gets the darkgem. Meanwhile, Aerbastian, Jord, Bub, and Larg start up a prison riot. While the guards are distracted with getting the riot down, Eugene nabs the darkgem and flees. The native Crabs of Gem Jail swear, they will get back their gem.
