41. The Scooter Files: In This Crossover With The Sea Files, Spongebob and Patrick come to visit Las Fish Vegas. They Talk To Scooter about something. They say That They are trying to catch a fish named Chad Vane. They explain he is very evil and is a hunter. Scooter says he knows who Chad Vane is! Spongebob and Patrick can't believe it. They also say," You are still alive?" So they try to find Chad Vane and put him in Jail. They find his hideout and sneak in. But then, some of the fish who work for Chad Vane show up! They are about to shoot Scooter, Spongebob, and Patrick! But Patrick then starts teasing them and he tells Spongebob and Scooter to go! They come to Chad Vane. He says," So Scooter, you are back?" Spongebob says he wants the secret files back for the agents! He says," You want it?" He then says," Go get it!" He throws it out of the hideout! But Then, some other agents including the boss, come. He gets the files and says Good Work Spongebob and Patrick! Chad Vane says," Oh no! He then says lets go! Spongebob trys to go after him, but he says," Let them go." The Boss thanks Scooter and he hopes to meet Scooter again.

This is a crossover with The Sea Files. I Hope DC-Dude enjoyed it.

This is also the first episode of Season 3.

The Man finds out that SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Sam and Vorra never went to Spy Boot Camp. So The Man sends them to Spy Boot Camp, not knowing that it is actually the training base for the Underwater Spy Program II, so the gang gets drafted. So it's up to The Man to go to the "Boot Camp" and set the gang free! Meanwhile, Dr. Jojo is upset that the Coffee-Bot keeps beating him at chess.
17. Truth Or Consequences
Sam finds Vorra and wants Vorra to tell the truth about what's going on, so Vorra reveals that she is pregnant and Sam is the dad. Because of this baby coming, Sam decides that he should do whatever it takes to get back with Vorra. So Sam becomes goth in order to impress Vorra, but in the end, Vorra says that she likes him for who he is, and they get back together. Meanwhile, Patrick gets a camoflauge kit and tries to fit in with other backdrops.
18. The Great Avalanche
In a monster avalanche in Rock Bottom, the gang is sent to rescue people. Unfortunately, things go wrong when Squidward, Sam and Vorra get stuck in the snow. It's up to SpongeBob and Patrick to save them, but knowing them, hilarity and mayhem will ensue. Meanwhile, The Man makes a new drink called Hot Vanilla, which becomes a success worldwide because he doesn't like Hot Chocolate.
19. Underwater Lockdown
When going to retrieve a special document from the Underwater Spy Program II, SpongeBob and the gang get trapped inside the Underwater Spy Program II headquarters. They decide to take advantage by playing hide-and-seek, but things turn around when SpongeBob finds a REAL monster in the headquarters! Meanwhile, The Man decides to go out for a nice dinner, but is unaware that The Woman, the head of the Underwater Spy Program II, is sitting at the table next to him.
20. Up To Earth
On the gang's day off, Sandy decides to take SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Sam and Vorra up to the surface with her. Unfortunately, when the Underwater Spy Program II has a headquarters on the beach, they try to get away from the Underwater Spy Program II and not reveal their secret to Sandy. But when things get too hard, SpongeBob reveals to Sandy that he is a spy. Before Sandy can react, Sandy is taken by a helicopter and flown into the water. Find out in SEASON 2 if SpongeBob will risk his job to save her!
That's SEASON 1, folks! Fast, I know? And in episode 20, I told you things would be more dramatic!

4. In The Food Buisness Together ( TV MOVIE ) After Spongebob starts selling Plankton's drinks at Sponge's House Of Burgers, they start to make a good relationship with eachother. Meanwhile, Mr.Krabs buisness starts to decline in ratings, and Mr.Krabs is not Pleased. Mr. Krabs then comes up with a very basic plan, to steal there drinks recipes. But when his plans fail, he gets caught by Plankton and Spongebob. Then they give Krabs two choices, go to jail or hand over the Krusty Krab to Sponge's House of Burgers. Mr.Krabs decides to give up the Krusty Krab.

Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy Unite!

Season 1

Series Premier: Retiring from Retirement

Evil is running a muck in Bikini Bottom, after The Kelp Thing got everyone back together for the most diabolical scheme ever: Destroy Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. Of course, Mermaid Man is so out of it, he doesn't pay attention to the threat, but Barnacle Boy does, and goes off to fight them alone. A few days have passed, and Mermaid Man finally figures out his sidekick is missing, and wants to go find him, but he doesn't know how. He gets struck with an idea, literally! A rock is thrown through the Shady Sholes window and hits Mermaid Man in the head, a note is attached to the rock, which reads "If you ever want to see BB again, follow the instructions". Mermaid Man doesn't know what that means, so he gets on the phone, and dials in the IJLSA for help. In the MermaLair, they come up with a plan to get all the villains in jail, and save Barnacle Boy, that is, if they can find them. Desperate for help, Mermaid Man seeks out Spongebob and Patrick, because they will know exactly where the villains are (going by the name Evil Darkness). Spongebob and Patrick are ecstatic that they get to help Mermaid Man and the IJLSA, that they lie to them about them knowing where Evil Darkness is, just so they can spend the day with them. After threat of disbandment from the Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy Fanclub, Spongebob and Patrick finally lead Mermaid Man and the IJSLA to Evil Darkness' secret hideout- The Krusty Krab! Barnacle Boy is trapped in the freezer, as The Kelp Thing, The Dirty Bubble, ManRay, and The Moth begin eating Krabby Patties. Mermaid Man challenges Evil Darkness to a battle, if they (Mermaid Man and the IJSLA) win, then they get Barnacle Boy back, which Evil Darkness accepts, because they noticed Mermaid Man didn't say anything about leaving Bikini Bottom. When the battle begins, Evil Darkness forfeits and gives Mermaid Man the key to the freezer, but promises that they will be back soon, with help.

Sponge Bob and Patrick came back and they are doing it from the opening to closing.

42. Dojo Trouble: Scooter and Timmy are sad. They miss Mark. But then, Gloria comes in saying that A New Dojo has opened up in the city! So Timmy and Scooter Go There. The place is very nice and interesting. They meet The Owner of The Dojo. His name is: Sensei! Even though Scooter and Timmy don't really like his name, they come up to him and he says," Hello My Students!" They say they want to earn Belts. He says they must work their way up for belts. He decides to be nice and gives them their White Belts. After several battles with other fish Scooter has his Green Belt! Timmy has his Orange Belt. They say they have to go and Sensei says bye! But while they are walking, Chad Vane appears! They get scared at first, but then they use their Fighting Moves on him! Sadly, They Throw Chad Vane very Far away. They say," That was so fun!" The next day they come back to the Dojo, but Sensei is not there. They wonder where he is and Chad Vane comes in! He says that he has Sensei hidden somewhere in the dojo. Sensei is trapped in a closet! But Sensei then uses some power and he tells Scooter that he is in The Closet! Scooter then Kicks Chad Vane and unlocks the closet! Sensei says To Chad Vane," Who are you?" Scooter and Timmy say," He is just an Annoying bad guy." But then Chad Vane jumps out of the dojo! He then goes into a giant Monster truck! He is going to run them over! Sensei tells Scooter and Timmy to use their Fighting moves on the Truck while he gets ready to Blow Chad Vane away! They start attacking His Monster Truck and Sensei then blows Chad Vane up! It sends him very far away. Scooter say Thank You To sensei and hopes to meet him again.

Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy Unite!

Season 1

Series Premier: Retiring from Retirement
Episode 2: Keeping Regular

The IJLSA has realized that they aren't strong enough to confront Evil Darkness by themselves, so they hold open auditions for apprentice spots. After about 100 people, they find four, Jack and John, twins who share the love for Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. Unfortunately, Spongebob and Patrick are the other two. The IJLSA decides to have a trivia challenge, whoever gets more questions right, gets to be apprentices. Before they can start, Evil Darkness strikes with their newest members, The Atomic Flounder, and Dr. Ash. Dr. Ash is a clone of Captain Magma, except eviler. As they crash through the wall, Spongebob and Patrick start freaking out and fanboy them, whereas Jack and John spring into action, whipping out their own Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy memorabilia, a replica of The Orb of Confusion and The Cosmic Ray. They put them both together, placing the Orb in the firing hole, and when shot, will propel the Orb forward, releasing all it's energy in a spiral, confusing everyone in it's path, and within a 20ft diameter. They fire it, and it hits its mark on Dr. Ash, who becomes confused, but, the cosmic shot is still to come, which directly follows the Orb, crashing into The Atomic Flounder, destroying the opposite wall. Jack and John tell The IJLSA that they can finish them off, The Quickster sprints around both The Atomic Flounder and Dr. Ash, making them both incredibly dizzy. The Elastic Wasteband stretches out to grab them, and flings them out the window. Spongebob and Patrick, who spent the entire time trying to find a pen and a pad of paper, finally emerge, and jump for joy, but The IJLSA make a unanimous decision to take Jack and John under their wing.

As a result, the missile breaks and they fly in space./Sponge Bob learns of the existence of the Commonwealth of kings and wants to become one of them. It is fortunate that the White, Black, Red and Green kings took it and named it Yellow King. Patrick misses Bob, and also comes in the commonwealth. His take, and he became Pink King. Soon Bob and Patrick are all annoying, and they run away.

Season 1

Episode 3: The Crappy Clone Wars

Evil Darkness gets a hold of Plankton and have him create a clone machine. When it's completed, Evil Darkness gets Dr. Ash to get DNA samples from the IJSLA, by stealing anything he can get with a sample on it. Dr. Ash goes to the MermaLair and, while the IJLSA is asleep, steals strands of hair, unfortunately, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy aren't there, so he had to leave without their DNA. When he goes back to the Chum Bucket and puts the DNA in the clone machine, he creates clones of Miss Appear, The Elastic Wasteband, The Quickster, Jack, and John. When the clones appear, they are dubbed Mr. Invisible, The Rubberband, Nike, Mike, and Mitchell. Mike and Mitchell become apprentices to Evil Darkness, whereas Mr. Invisible, The Rubberband, and Nike become full time members, to counter the IJSLA. In the morning, Evil Darkness raids the MermaLair, with the clones, and the IJSLA doesn't know what's going on. When The Kelp Thing tells them that they cloned them, they are shocked that they could get their DNA, but they decide to fight them off instead. Captain Magma tells Jack and John to go get Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. They return 30 minutes later, with no luck, to a destroyed MermaLair, with half of the weapons gone, the IJSLA defeated, and the pizza they ordered cold. Jack says it's OK, until he discovers the microwave is missing, "Now, it's personal..." Jack says under his breath. Like a magic wish, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy return, with two new additions, The Mermaid, and Barnacle Chick, they decided to clone themselves, only make them good. John says it's good and all, but the microwave is missing. Barnacle Boy tosses the microwave to John, and him, Mermaid Man, The Mermaid, and Barnacle Chick head off, to find Evil Darkness.

Sandy is at school and her teacher gives them an assignment for some day on the future, Sandy takes out her tiny calendar and notices there's something written down on yesterday's date, she sees a little note that says "Susie's Birthday" she freaks out because she forgot about her best friend's birthday. She runs and tells Pablo and Mandy, they're embarrassed that they forgot too. So they come up with an idea to make up for Susie's forgotten birthday, but without letting her know they forgot (they assume Susie is so dumb that she probably forgot about her own birthday ) but they still want to do something special for her. After taking her to the amusement park, buy her an iNut that Susie always wanted and spend all day long with her doing all the things she likes…
-Susie: Wow! This has been the best day ever, ever, ever!
-Sandy: eh, well, anything for my best pal.
-Susie: yeah!… but, how come y'all are so nice to me all of the sudden?
-Pablo: huh, um, don't be silly, Susie! We're just having fun, right?
-Susie: Yeah! We totally have to do something like this for my birthday!
-Mandy: Your BIRTHDAY?! Which… is…
-Susie: July 1st of course!
-Sandy: *quietly* Wha….?
Sandy takes out her tiny calendar and sees today's date is "June 2nd" and notices that she read wrong, and Susie's birthday is not on June 1st but on July 1st.
-Sandy: uh huh, it's going to be one heck of a birthday.

Mark wakes up but all of a sudden he sees two shadowy figures snatch him and place him in a bag and drag him off.

Once everyone else wakes up, they realize that Mark has vanished and Perch tells everyone to report to the studio lot for today's challenge.

Perch admits that he and Sergeant Roderick have kidnapped Mark and placed him inside the vault inside the studio and that the challenge is that they have to save him. But it won't be easy because he has security surrounding the entire area inside the studio and that they are tough to takedown. If The Aquatic Actors win, then Mark is automatically eliminated from Spin-off Action.

The Aquatic Actors are out to an early lead, however Daniel is holding them behind since he is a snail and is moving at snail's pace. Nadia decides that she needs to motivate the Comedians, so she tells them all about how a great a guy Mark is and how they need him around. Her motivation works as the Comedians work together to take out security and they get to Mark first as Pierce beats out Conner to grab him.

At the Spinnys, Spongesally points out to everyone that Daniel was holding them behind and that its unanimous that Daniel gets voted out of the game. Daniel slowly leaves the Spinnys and is sad and mad as he goes back and bites Spongesally.

Patrick, Pierce, and Pablo head back home from Las Fish Vegas, but not without some trouble as the planes get delayed due to inclement weather, thus heading towards the trains, but the train breaks down due to a bad engine. Then they get on a bus, but the bus looses a wheel and spins out. Then they hitchhike, but they get on board to a car with a bunch of crazy pioneers. They decide just to walk home, but will they make it back alive?

89. Dome Sweet Dome

After the wild shenanigans of the last episode, they finally make it home, but its not the home they know as its been locked off via a dome. Penny spots Patrick, Pierce, and Pablo and slips them a note thru a small crack below the dome and on the note it explains what happened. Mr. Peterson is preventing them from returning to Startopia and he wants them dead. He has the only key to the dome but he has ran off to Bikini Bottom for an unknown reason. So Patrick, Pierce, and Pablo head off to Bikini Bottom.

90. Burned To The Bottom

As soon as they arrive in Bikini Bottom, Bikini Bottom has been burned down. There are people unconcious in the street and buildings still on fire. Patrick happens to see SpongeBob and SpongeBob explains what has occured. He tells them that Mr Peterson has recruited Plankton to make a newly formed axis of evil and they are going to take over the ocean. His whereabouts are now at Shady Shoals, so SpongeBob joins the starfish and they run off to Shady Shoals

91. Patrick vs Mermaid Man

The four arrive at Shady Shoals but people are screaming as Mermaid Man is causing havoc. Barnacle Boy tells them that Plankton has used his mind control shampoo and has token over Mermaid Man. Patrick tries talking some sense into Mermaid Man, but he refuses to listen as he kills an elderly starfish. Patrick notices that the elderly starfish was his dad Herb. Patrick gets mad and leads to a fight between the two. Plankton tells Mermaid Man to retreat. Barnacle Boy joins Patrick's group as they follow Mermaid Man

92. The Letter S Squad (Crosssover With The Squid Squad)

Mermaid Man has vanished and Patrick doesn't know what to do anymore. He thinks that Mr Peterson will probably go after Squidward next, but SpongeBob tells him that he has already called Squidward to tell him to watch out. Squidward then arrives out of nowhere with the rest of the Squid Squad and tells them that Mr Peterson has recruited Squilliam to join the Axis of Evil with him, Plankton, and mind-controlled Mermaid Man. The Squid Squad then take Patrick, Pierce, Pablo, SpongeBob, and Barnacle Boy off to Tentacle Acres to talk strategey about how they shall stop the Axis of Evil.

SEASON 2:
21. Saving Sandy
SpongeBob sneaks into the headquarters to save Sandy, and Sandy feels so guilty that SpongeBob will have to be expelled for telling his secret. SpongeBob breaks Sandy out, and they both defeat enemies together, while realizing that they are made for each other. When The Man hears about what happens, he decides to let Sandy join the Underwater Spy Program.
22. Underwater Spy Program III
The Underwater Spy Program and The Underwater Spy Program II are ready for a big war- until the Underwater Spy Program III opens, which upsets both I and II. So I and II join sides to take down the Underwater Spy Program III! Meanwhile, Vorra goes baby-shopping with Sam.
23. Double, Double, Spoiled Bubbles
Vorra and Sandy get ijnto a big fight, so Sam and SpongeBob decide to go on a double date and get the situation fixed. Unfortunately, neither of the gir.ls will admit that they are wrong, and Sam and SpongeBob must deal with this havoc. Meanwhile, Patrick tries to make a bubble cake recipe, but instead, acidentally, makes an irresistible bubble that traps everything inside it. So Patrick acidentally traps the entire Underwater Spy Program in his bubble (except for Sam, SpongeBob, Vorra and Sandy who are at a restaraunt).

Mr. Krabs announces first round. Sponge Bob goes into the arena and starts beating behemoth, but its attacks were useless. At the arena went the other soldiers, but it appears that the monster invulnerable. Behemoth start up its army. All frightened and run away. This defeat. But the behemoth suddenly plunged into a deep sleep.
