    I think JKL was talking about himself, when he says one will not return, he was probably talking about himself since he jumped inside the Big Wave.

    Did you notice how Sandy had that really annoying cheeky thing Spongebob usually has when she said, "Locals only!" or something like that?

    I saw some Spandy when Sandy was stuck on that island and said, "Spongebob, where are you?" How sweet is that?

    I liked it. I thought it had some funny moments, like Davy Jones's locker! I do agree it was a bit rushed, but still good. Now one person wasn't supposed to return..yet they all made it. And JKL smiles at them all riding the wave from above. I didn't get that at all...

    This special only got a 7.7 average?! Come on, people, seriously, it wasn't that bad! In fact, it was almost as good as "Where's Gary?" There was actually some decent humor, the plot wasn't too rushed, and overall, I liked it. I give this special a B+. I think that for those who said positive comments should go write reviews about it right now so that hopefully the episode score will go up .

    I heard that the writers actually put a great amount of work on the special, and all of their ideas went over 30 minutes. So, they had to cut out a lot of jokes and (I assume) rush some parts.

    Ok, I changed my mind. I understand why this episode only got a 7.6. I thought about it and realized there were quite a few problems (I'd rather not list them since you already know). I still thought it was a pretty good special though, but dang! It seems there hasn't been an awesome Spongebob special since "Have You Seen This Snail"?. Hopefully, someday, the new writers will see what Spongebob really is about.

    Hopefully the newer writers will pack up their equipment, leave the Spongebob crew for good, and go find the old seasons 1-3 writers again.
