    Here's another pointless poll. Only for those who really wanna answer it. Honest opinions! whether you like Spongebob or hate it, tell what you think.  I say yes. Spongebob is one of the best shows to have aired on Nick, but it's not the only show adults can enjoy with kids. But season 4 doesn't bring much to folks' attentions now 'n days.

    I actually think that SpongeBob's too underrated. It's a lot funnier than the Fairly OddParents, and they have a higher score for some reason.

    probably their higher score is SpongeBob's annoyance that keeps it lower than FOP.

    I think SpongeBob is underrated. It's a really great show, but people think it's too childish. If people watched a couple of episodes instead of just hating it, it might have a higher rating.

    Yes. I also hate it when people won't give certain shows a chance just because they're animated. Animation should be appreciated more in general, and SpongeBob is a great show. Season 4 is more childish and annoying than the rest of the show in my opinion, but it's still good. I don't think SpongeBob is annoying at all.

    Yeah. Spongebob's crazy at times, but he's a good character. I read one time this guy hated Spongebob so much that he blocked Nickelodeon since 1999. Then he was getting angry that SB is popular and kept calling it gay.

    I don't mind SB haters. But I can't stand it when they call it gay without seeing the whole show.

    Ohh, yeah. SpongeBob is not gay And really, there's nothing wrong with being gay so even if SpongeBob was, it shouldn't be applied as a negative thing automatically. That definately makes me mad. I've even heard about there being Christian groups trying to protest SpongeBob, and accusing it of brainwashing children to make them gay

    It's the way people look at it though. If you were told about a show starring a talking sponge and a talking starfish, would you think it's aimed at an adolescence audience?

    Secondly, the whole thing about SpongeBob being gay is simply ridiculous. Do they actually think that Nickelodeon would allow that?

    Yeah, like they even watched the series. The song "Ripped Pants" said "No girl ever wants to dance with a fool who went and (rip) ripped his pants!"

    Sandy/Sponge probably will never get together but it showed some suggestive hints.

    Jimmy Neutron's pretty underrated also.

    That's right. Besides I used to love this show but I now consider it an original show nothing personal. BTW I hate FOP and I used to like Spongebob but it's now getting boring. So yeah it's underrated.
