    Yes...what do you spongebob guys think of Avatar? It's overrated right? That it gets aired too much? That the animation sucks? HEH! That's exactly what we think of Songebob. I dare you to try out an episode. It's more than just action, it's a mixture with comedy (not bad poop comedy, and songebob is supposedly comedy..so why not?).
    I used to love Songebob, so take my word for it. I dare you.

    no, what the hell can u do if we don't! what do u have to say about THAT! tv.com is for EVERY MEMBER!!!! u can't kick us off the any forums. i kinda like that stupid sponge, but it's all dried up. avatar is where its at, and avatar need some love.

    I've enjoyed the Sponge episode here and there, but I guess I'm of those guys that prefer quality over senseless jokes that are quite ridiculous. Even though the writing for Spongebob could easily be done by a 10 year old that's good, because that's the audience it aims at, where a show like Avatar is more geared to perhaps more mature people with funny jokes here and there. Now the Sponge and Avatar can't compare to each other, because even though they are both animated they are quite different genres.

    this. c'mon people, Avatar is better but comparing Avatar and Spongebob is like comparing apples and oranges, and to a higher extent, like comparing chicken and steak. (Guess which one's the steak.)

    I think, in its best moments, Spongebob has been really good. It has had some excellent humour: "Sea bears and fairy tales are real", lol. However, noone can say that it has gone unrecognised, what with Nick showing reruns every day. Avatar, on the other hand, has at its best moments, been truely epic, but it has been grossly mishandled and I feel, never really given a chance. I really hope Avatar wins, not because I don't like Spongebob, but because I think Avatar deserves some recognition as well.
