    Ouch, SpongeBob scraping his thumb against the floor while he fell? And he got a splinter? Urgh what a disturbing thought...

    But yeah I think I remember that, man poor SpongeBob, I felt really bad for him in this epiosde. EVIL SPLINTER MUST DIE!!!

    But really I can see why many people hate it, not only was it gross and disturbing, but some ways the characters acted and what they did just... looked... retarded.

    I don't think it ould have made any difference if they took out the gross parts,the episode would still be pointless and terrible.I think it was the way SpongeBob got the splinter that made me and my sister cringe the most.Also didn't they show him getting it close up and in slow motion to make it worse?(I've only seen the episode twice and have no intention of seeing it again)

    I think at the bare minimum, all the stuff that happened to his thumb was just SpongeBob's imagination. At least that would be spoofing how children (or childish people, like SB) over aggagerize everything.

    Dont worry, sharkenator83 has been banned (chentalsong made a blog about it). Anyway, to try and stay on topic, I dont think any parts of the splinter need to be taken out. It was not as bad as everyone says it is. The splinter was very good. I am going to write a review for it.
