There's not really anything else you can add to the topic if you've already said how many seasons you want or expect from the show. But I can't speak for everyone...

That does not mean you change it into a Disney topic.

But with the original post talking about Disney Channel and Hannah Montana being compared to SpongeBob, you can ignore that statement, but by analyzing all parts of the post, you can make your conclusion on how many seasons there would be.

    It'll never end................................................

Neither will the Simpsons, as FOX said so!

Your right, it's too popular. Even if you count the people on this site, it doesn't add up to the millions watching at home, children & adults alike (this goes to both shows)

Don't worry, I'm sure the writers will continue to come up with newer ideas(however corny they are), and there's still a lot they can cover including things from the movie, which I HOPE they will include in the future seasons(they already featured a "Goofy Goober" merchandise item in "Chimps Ahoy"; that's a start!). And even if they don't, it'll probably get handed down to other people.

Honestly, to me, there's no end in sight to either of these shows(but back OT to SpongeBob). I've seen only a 2-million increase in ratings over the past year(Atlantis SquarePantis got over 8 million, Best Day Ever got 6 million), which proves that this show is doing even better and better each year! No matter what timeslots Nick shifts away from it(only 4 airings on weekdays during summer and at times, no prime-time slots), they still manage to keep the ratings as high as ever, so I don't think we'll be seeing an end to it anytime soon! Well, let's be happy that there's at least ONE show staying for a while! I think Avatar's ending soon(but a new storyline will take off with it, thus opening up like a new series, with a new plot and characters, but still in the same world!). Actually, if you count more than just the Nielsen viewers, then there are already over 10 million people watching it, and they only counted ratings for mainly kids and tweens!

I started watching Spongebob when it first came out in 1999.

I still watch it today and I am almost 17. xD

But seriously, this show doesn't get old. It's different than any other cartoon I've ever watched and I really don't see it soming to an end anytime soon.

I say it will probably end at the 7th season. If it suddenly gets an enormous jump, then maybe the 8th season. 9 would be the absolute tops, more than likely.

Acoording to many sites, Spongebob Squarepants has NOT ordered a 7th season- YET. If their Pest of The West special goes well, they might consider it.

I WANT SPONGEBOB TO GO FOR 999999999999999999999999999999999 SEASONS! INCLUDING 9999999999999999 EXTRA SEASONS!

To me, like The Simpsons, I don't see an end in sight to Spongebob Squarepants. Also, I think that there needs to be a 2nd movie in theaters. The show is so successful in the ratings, Nick would be called insane if they cancelled this show. The show has been as good as it has ever been.
