    That the newer episodes are making Sponge Bob and Patrick seem gay?I used to be a huge fan until around the Ghost Host and Chimps Ahoy one, but after that Sponge Bob has been acting more girlish. Also, he looks different, but i can't really tell what it is yet.

    erm, not really, I think they are making SpongeBob look gay for Squidward, actually, unlike the older seasons that they made him look gay for Patrick, but not anymore.

    Every time two male characters share a close bond or friendship the 'they're gay shout happens. It doesn't mean they are, and i personally think it's a ridiculous notion.

    I don't believe they are. I think SpongeBob shows more behavior like that to Squidward, but they are NOT gay

    Kinda, but it all peaked at the episode where they raised the baby clamp, nothing they do can make them look gayer than that, unless they actually did a gay act like making out.

    Still, the gayness toward Squidward is quite notisable recently.

    Btw, i mean that they Look, of course they are not, it's a nick's show, the only way for them to Be gay would be if they kissed on purpouse or something like that, and i doubt that would ever happen.

    That one scene in "Shuffleboarding" where SpongeBob says he left flowers for Patrick was a little fruity. But that's because SpongeBob is meant to be an innocent character.

    Surprisingly that was one of the only parts I liked.

    Anyway, well in 20 000 Patties Under The Sea...well everyone knows what went wrong in that episode! Other than that, I did enjoy it.

    lol that was funny but its just a bit of humor the writers dont mean for it to be gay

    anyways, spongebob and patrick acted more childish in older episodes, didnt they. i mean in "F.U.N", did they really need to include that stupid baby song F is for friends who.... blah blah blah. i think they just are good friends. not gay its stupid calling them gay and if you dont like the new episodes because you think spongebob and patrick are gay well your not really spongebob fans. and if you think spongebob is going downhill then your just growing out of spongebob doesnt meen its getting worse it means you dont like it.

    but still there not gay LOL

    Of course SpongeBob and Patrick are gay together. I mean, they're best friends and have fun together, so aren't they allowed to be happy around each other?

    No I don't think SpongeBob and Patrick are gay. They are just best friends. Even though 20,000 Patties Under The Sea had some strange mood swings of SpongeBob, I still don't think he's like that. Besides he hangs around girls too (like Sandy.) They had a good time together in the episode: Valentine's Day!

    But remember in Le Big Switch when that chef guy kissed Spongebob and he giggled...like he actually ENJOYED it??? Doesn't that seem a little...hmm..I dunno...GAY???

    it's not like it was a serious intentional thing whereby the writers actually intended for him to look gay i compare it with other refined... innocent young male characters who seem gay to some. Take tintin for instance. But i've never noticed anything that would make be believe he actually was any more than i've noticed Gary having a thing for Squidward.

    Aaron Springer makes me nervous now. Every episode he writes would make Squidward a main character, or back-up character, with Spongebob's chubby cheeks. I think it shows affection towards Squidward, and ends at the end of the episode. In Dear Vikings, Spongebob kissed Squidward because he's smart about vikings. 0.0. I think it happened to Patrick in Professor Squidward! Well, that's just my opinion.
