There's an interesting casting type of thing on the iCarly wikia on an episode supposedly called iLose My Mind. I know what you're thinking, "Wikia? Hahahaha fakeeee". Well that was what I was thinking. But it's very detailed, and random. Normally fake ones don't seem THAT realistic. Even if it's fake , it's definitely interesting. I seriously do want an episode in a mental ward. Credit to Darthleroy on the wikia(or blame it it's fake, haha). He says he's an actor and it comes from the website breakdownexpress.com. Only actors can get an account there, so I have no idea if that's where it's from. But it sounds legit. Plus remember when that "screaming boy" actor from iOMG said the episode was called iOMG and we were skeptical?? Haha fun times.
