Exacty, see this way, (my proposed way) s4 has 26 episodes, an s5 is the only one with 13. Anyway, if you disagree, I don't feel like arguing.

it makes scense and will be caught up with the production if we have 26 episodes as season 4 instead of just 13. In this article it says http://modoration.com/2011/04/17/icarly-lands-a-fifth-season/iCarly is in the midst of a two-year pickup. Season 3 is currently airing, with production on Season 4 slated to begin in May. So I just say lets catch up. Will just have 2 sets of productions codes for season 4. The iCarly page on wiki is going to be doing that it looks like.
