1. Well I think the first scene is a Carly/Gibby/Spencer scene. In the run through video, Jennette said she wasn't in the first scene. Nathan was nowhere to be scene, and the rest were in Carly's apartment kitchen area. I think Sam is avoiding talking about the kiss and going to the mental institution(Because the kiss is driving her crazy?? Because she loves Freddie?? Not quite sure??) also gets her away from Freddie until they come visit her. So it could happen a little bit later in the episode, but before commercial break. Becauseisn't the part where Samwears the redstriped sweater in this episode too?? The date part looks like it's in the 2nd episode of the arc(iDate Sam and Freddie/iGet Caught in the Middle).

2. I think the paintings were a part of the hospital, but the doodles and smudges on the wall are from Sam. It sounds like her to vandalize a mental hospital. Colon pee

3. Doubt Seddie would be Quogan(even though I liked Quogan before they even got together). There's probably going to be build up to it that isn't shown in the promo. Too many people support this couple and it's so hyped that Dan HAS to do a good job at this. There is too much potential of build upto make thisinto aLoliver/Quogan situation.Seddie hashad a lot of development on Sam's side already. We have 4 entire episodes to develop this couple. I think it will work.
