The whole Mrs. Benson thing was kind of out there.... Funny but just kinda weird. And they portrayed fencing not quite as it really is. Like, boughts go to five touches, and they would be hooked up to electric equiptment. And some of their arm movements wre too wide. And in Sabre (which is the weapon they were fencing) you don't generally lock blades on a bind like they did. And no one rolls on the ground and you have to stay on the strip at all times. But I only noticed all of that since I'm a fencer myself.

But it was a good epsiode nonetheless. I love that Sam acctually likes reading now. It adds to her character.

I liked it. I was glad to see Freddie's mom get up and fenced that stupid Toter guy, he deserved to get beat by her.

I missed the first few minutes of it. I guess Sam and Freddie had made a bet that she couldn't read a book. Sam is really pretty smart, she just shows it in unusual ways.

A cool fun fact: The book Sam is reading is actually the latest Harry Potter book with a different slip cover on it.

When she is reading it in the iCarly studios, you can see the yellow/green combo mix that was used for the latest Harry Potter book, plus I can tell from the book length and the pages.

Yeah it is. You can see, especially when she's in the hallways, the green/yellow color combo thing like jkxbox said when the cover is drooping.

true! she proved it again when she finished the book and answered Freddie's question. I mean.. even if a person does read a book, it's entirely different to comprehend/understand one. plus... sam was very articulate in answering the question.

oh.. and missyera.. that guy was someone Sam hired to read the book to her. But he was late so she started to read the book.. found it interesting and decided to finish it
