I'm working on one "Red Light" in which the story deals with the ramifications of a mature subject. It was inspired by a question that had been posed on some forum I found while surfing with boredom: "How many porn stars are disowned by their families and friends?" So I thought, and I put down Sam and Carly suffering the effects of their secret life on internet porn stars being found out. What happens is there's a breach of trust, respects that are torn down, even Spencer can't deal with the lack of respect when he finds out about Carly (His fiance, Sasha, is the one who tries to be there for Carly). Carly's the one whose life spirals out of control the fastest and first. Sam, after this news severely messes with her entire family (Even Uncle Carmillo and Greg go to prison for killing one of the actors in a heat of passion moment), she basically gets kicked out. Her family can't stand to even see her. So what happens is she goes to her best friend (Carly is like her sister, but by this time Carly is gone, she's in Yakima waiting for her dad, who is trying to come home to save her from a bad life), that friend's going to be Valerie, who ends up being the only person to stand by her. Even Jonah, Valerie's fiance, straight up tells Sam "Valerie is the only friend you have. I don't even like you, if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't let you under this roof, so respect her and follow the rules while you're under our roof." Sam's going to turn her life around and she needs to work on rebuilding the relationships she's lost. I'm thinking in the end, she'll search for Carly (Her father dies overseas and she ran away into a life of prostitution. The life became too addicting for her), after having talked to Spencer, and find Carly with a child and tell her basically "Come with me. Spencer says he doesn't mind helping you out as long as you quit the life." And in the end, the girls go off together basically. It's a good story, I think you'd all enjoy it. Yeah it deals with a mature subject and there are no lemons in this M rated story. I don't do it, especially not in a story like this. There's a lot of tension, a lot of drama, a lot of trouble. The girls lose it ALL. Even Freddie (Who is dating Melanie), in a way, rejects them. He chooses Melanie over iCarly (The twin of a internet porn star risks getting severely messed up mentally, he's gotta be there for her). He's also told that he could lose scholarships and his standing in the club unless he could prove that he wasn't involved with the girls. So he leaves iCarly. He also has to get Gibby away before his reputation is screwed up. This is what happens to internet porn stars, it's sad. The thing that makes it spiral out of control is Nevel. He may be their enemy, but when he finds out, he actually tried to reach out to Carly, tried to save her from the life. Basically in a "I know I wanted to see your life ruined, but now that I have...I'm sorry to say that I've seen it." moment. He is extremely exhausted and goes to send her the video he sends to her, begging her to quit the lifestyle, and to upload his daily video log onto his site. He's practically falling over in his exhaustion and sends the wrong videos to the wrong places: Thus the spiraling out of control. I got "Red Light" from the song ROXANNE by The Police. The song itself fits the story, actually. Imagining the girls' families and friends singing the song to them. If you like tension, drama, etc, you should check it out! |
