    The episodes were done long ago, Nickelodeon just isn't airing them b/c the executives are stupid. Also, Avatar doesnt have a manga or previous source so all the episodes need a script first. Thirdly, each episode of Avatar is its own piece of work. Animation is also more popular in Japan and its probably cheaper to produce an episode.
    Ok regardless of whose fault it is its a fault..

    Avatar and Naruto both have good and bad aspects to them. Avatar starts out "ok" but gets way better and Naruto has fillers. *still laughing*
    Yes Naruto has fillers but Avatar episodes take forever to be released. Personally I would like the OPTION of watching an episode even if it is filler than nothing at all.

    Ok ok! I agree with you, Avatar can take forever and Naruto fillers can be interesting (the manga is still better)

    Um...no Each naruto episode costs about 2 million. The reason it gets away with such a stagering cost is because the fanbase makes up for it, and the studio has TONS AND TONS of money, plus they have the manga that offsets costs.
    Its a bigger industry in Japan then.

    Quality>Quantity

    Ya large quanities of money produces the quality that is Naruto.
    Money doesn't equal quality. Thats why big blockbuster summer movies usually do poorly in the Academy Awards compared to independent and smaller budget films.

    At least Avatar is actually finishing its story, unlike a lot of anime that cuts off right in the middle.

    yea i used to kinda like avatar but with all the waiting it just got totally lame it took so long and we'd be expecting an amazing episode which is what dissapointed me cause over time my bar rose higher and higher and when i saw the episode i was like "thats it?? all this waiting time for this?

    Wow get over it. Its over and Naruto easily recovered with canon episodes. So Avatar got like 6 episodes in the 90 episodes of Naruto filler?
