I think if Toph ever gets healed of her blindness, it will be in the epilogue where we find out she bathed or something in the oasis water and it cured her.

I think that is preposterous, she has taught Aang how to see things with earthbending(and technically, she can teach Katara to sense things and people whenever they are at sea or walking in a river) and he did well as shown at the runaway

so she would not lose her powers, if anything it will enhance it, because she would be able to see people who are in the air or in the water

some other people have already said this, and i'm almost certain it is right:
toph blindness is her "natural condition", not a sickness, nor a injury, so there isn't anything to be healed, that's the way she is, zuko wasn't born with the scar so katara thought she could heal it, and got shot by lightning so she revived him, but in toph's case its different!
