    Well if you want to get technical, if you were a firebender, there's like a .0001% chance of ever learning how to lightningbend or that it even exists(It seemed like noone knew people could do that when they first saw Azula).

    But as a whole element I think sandbending is really cool because of it's versatlity. You could use to block and offensively strike at the same time.

    I wish they would've explored sandbending more, it was so awesome.

    That same principle with the lightning could be applied to bloodbending and metal-bending too. Possibly even healing - in 116, Jeong Jeong did say that healing was a gift of the "Great benders of the Water Tribe", which would imply that it is not such a common gift.

    There were entire huts of young girls learning to heal.

    As for metalbending, pretty sure only Toph can do that.

    Well they obviously have a weakness as they were wiped out by the FN.
    hey that was uncalled for. i mean like the firebenders lose their bending during an eclips or how waterbenders lose their power with no moon. not like they were wiped out by the FN. the southern waterbenders were wiped out by the FN except katara. overall i mean a way to rid of their bending

    Earth Nation has Toph, Bumi, Haru Sexyfine, and The Boulder, voiced by the ever awesome Mick Foley. Does the EN need anymore?

    Actually I picked none. Each balances the other. Water has the most ability to control living things. Earth is the most manipulative. Air has the best of all defenses, and can do tornadoes and hurricanes, and Fire can bring life and death.
