same is true w/metal bending there is none just powerfull earth benders.

speaking of which where is bumi can't wait to see him

I doubt we'll see him. There's really no reason to meet up with him again. I always liked Bumi, but I would much rather have that much more time with Iroh.

Yeah. Sokka's gonna say, "Oh no! The comet! Now the Fire Lo- OMG HAWKY! You're back!"

Hawky would probably burst into flames or something, depending on how close he is to the comet.

No, someone would shoot fire at him. That would be Sokka's reason and distress to go into the Sokka State and wipe out the Fire Lord via boomerAang.

Wow. Now THAT was a cool episode. The word episode doesn't even cover it. Epic-sode is more like it. It had the amazing battle scene at the beginning just like one of my other favorite episodes, The Earth King. Plus more Katara/Zuko character development, and more bloodbending, not to mention the Sokka/Suki thing that must have had the censors ripping out their hair in anger and shock. And Azula is now officially criminally insane. Got to be one of the best episodes of the entire series.

The only complaint I have is that Chit Sang is useless in this episode after all the trouble they went through to get him out of prison. But honestly I can't hold that against an episode this amazing. 10/10 easily.

The preview for EIP looked...interesting. That will almost certainly be a filler episode, but hopefully it's a good one. But if not, well, we did get an extra episode this season anyway. 2 Fillers = 1 not filler?

Zuko: "What are you doing here?"
Azula: "I am about to celebrate becoming an only child!"

Wow, that line made me choke on my soda. If this is the beginning of her crazy rampage, I cant wait till the rest

Out of all the awesome things in this episode I found the end the best when Katara forgave Zuko. Even though I'm not a Zutarian I was glad to see Katara make peace with Zuko.

Well, they technically go into a lot of trouble to get him out. He joined them. It was a spur of the moment thing.

But for everything else, there's Mastercard.

Seriously though, I think Toph will be a little more devoloped and more things will happen in the situation between her and her parents. She's pretty devoloped, but more about her and her parents would really seal the deal.

I got a tingling feeling (and no, it wasn't in my pants....this time) when the bad guy said, "Sorry, I'm not taking prisoners today."

Epic line that was epically delivered.

Also Azula's line about celebrating being an only child. Great way to start the fight.

Hm, that's a thought. But I honestly doubt it. There have been no new refrences to Bumi at all. It would be a little out of the blue.

All that'll probably happen is she'll get the letter back and be excited that they agree with her blah blah blah. Then, assuming that Aang defeats the Fire Lord, she'll go home to her parents after, excited to get a new start.

Lol, I was surprised Zuko didn't walk right out of the tent after seeing Sokka in that incredible pose..

    On a different note, I was surprised how the episode was almost sympathetic towards the guy who killed Katara's mother. Adding how horrible his owm mother was to him made it easy to understand why he turned out that way. And the way he was sobbing at the end in the rain with the vegetables he bought for his mother scattered around him really was a sad image ;_;

I didn't think it was sympathy. I think they were trying to get the point across that people can be pathetic. He wasn't crying because he was sorry, he was crying because he was a coward. He offered his own mother to protect his life! There were no tears of regret there, just tears of self preservation. He was portrayed as a pathetic old man, and I, personally, didn't find the image sad, but more like revolting.

If you watch the commercials carefully you can also see that his inner flames are white, which is the hottest colour of fire, while everybody else is orange/yellow and Azula is blue.
Well, Azula is different. She's lightening. But the white color says a lot about Ozai. THIS IS SO EXCITING!
Azula also does blue fire, which is the second most intense, and besides Ozai does lightning to.
No, Azula does lightening. I think. She used blue fire when she propels herself like in TBR, but she definitely bends lightening. Why else would Zuko learn how to deflect lightening and not fire? You can't deflect fire the way you deflect lightening.
I know Azula does lightning, but she also does blue fire. Two different things.

    Agreed 2 very different things

her blue fire isn't necessarily superior though , Zuko was brushing it off like dust. although he does get his fire from a different source now. Life not rage hmmm and what happened to the green and other color fire from FBM's lol just a thought

Only used for that episode, and will never (hopefully) be seen again.

    lol

I think that Zuko's fire is different /more powerfull now thats why azulas blue was even w/his different sources of origin different power

I'd say that it is different, and the techniques and skills he's learnt from the Sun Warriors are probably superior to Azula, but for the fire itself Azula's own is scientifically hotter.
