    in case you didnt realise that the scene went for a couple of minutes, with katara's speech about how much aang changed and then she went into the kiss and blushed afterwards, alot more development than a few frames from two clearly seperate episodes.

    However, since anti-one is pro-the other, you could also show me a 3+ second clip from the trailer (with or without sound) that shows her pulling back from a kiss with Zuko, being shocked after a kiss with Zuko, or refusing to be intimate in any way with Zuko.

    wow..are you being sarcastic? i cant tell, because ive seen some zutara shippers say stuff like that.

    Logic puzzle for everyone!

    We have a 14 year old girl. She has to decide who to pick as her pi...I mean husband...

    In corner we have Aang, a powerful, yet immature, 12 year old airbender monk who is bald and has the belief system equivilent of a religious fundimentalist (not the terrorist kind. The annoying, "force your beliefs on to others kind).

    He looks, and acts, like this:

    Anyone who argues "He's matured" is smoking something. 420 day was yesterday. You missed the boat on the all day drug orgy.

    Katara does have a close relationship with Aang, but that doesn't mean its a romantic one. Frodo and Sam from LotR had a very similar close relationship with each other, to the point ppl joked they were both gay They were not, they just had a very close friendship. Want another example? JD and Turk from Scrubs. Want another one? Commander Adama and Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica (google it if ya don't know the show).

    Katara and Aang have a close, non-romantic relationship with each other. Yes, those exist. Aang crushing on Katara means little in the larger sceme of things.

    In the other corner we have Zuko, a hot (I'm told), mildly good 16/17 year old firebender with a slight amount of emotional trouble.

    He looks like this:

    And before you scream "Maiko!" , twenty bucks says Mai dumps his arse for joining the gaang.

    Katara has an antogonistic relationship with Zuko... but that could change... quickly... They have very similar pasts, are a bit on the emotionally wacky side, and they have a bone to pick with Ozai, Azula, and several other ppl in the FN. Who knows what else they could have in common?

    All in all, Zutara pwns Kataang.

Well Aang lost his entire family. Thank god there are some people who will think about this neutrally. and I would have respected that post, if you didn't end it with Zutara pwns Kataang. *waves shipping war neutrality flag*

    i agree.....

    also u can notice how aang's atitude changed on book 3 compared on book 1 althou he's still kinda goofy but in some ways he's crious.....

    Before the preview, Kataang had solid evidence. The scales were heavily tipped in its favor. Kataangers, as well as I, were correct to say that, according to the circumstances, Kataang was probably going to happen. Now, the scales are more even. I still think that it leans to Kataang, but only a bit, and either Kataang or Zutara could happen at this point. My point being: Zutarians do not have the evidence to act like the Kataangers acted before the preview, but neither do the Kataangers anymore.

    Yes, the DoBS kiss lasted 3 seconds, and was deliberately ambiguous. But it was entirely in context. Also, it is not the only thing we are arguing from. We still have loads of other Kataang moments as well. A couple 3 second out-of-context moments are not enough to completely topple all the work that has previously been put into Kataang. It casts doubt upon them, sure, but not complete disproof.

    And SgtHydra... many canon Zutarians are on my unreasonable-and-stubborn people list. You are not on that list. No, you are on the much worse offensive-and-stupid people list.

    i like mai for zuko so i guess kataang.....

    also my opnion is that ther is more chance for kataang than zutara not that i like aang for katara its just that kataang is more reasonable....

    I totally agree . I am getting really anoyed with the fighting and the stupid posts saying they own each other which is really childish. The whole "canon" fixation with Kataangs and the complete ignorance of evidence for Zutarans. Really, either could win. There's the age difference between Katara and Aang and the whole "I hate you because you attacked my village, stole my pendant, hired an assasin" etc which she could get over as they get to know each other more. Personally, I think Kataang is more likely but that Zutara has potential. If you have an opinion, get some real reasons and please, for the love of God, don't say their the only possibilty and that they pwn!
