What do you guys think it means? The one with the dragons. Could him being Fire Lord/no scar be a sort of prediction? Discuss.

I think that the first dream Zuko had involved a possible future for him. The red dragon was Iroh, trying to bring??him to the side of good??and the blue dragon was Azula, trying to bekon him to the??side of evil??(I think).

But she was so little. oO;; It's plausible that Azula SAW their mother get killed or something of the sort.

I really don't think he was seeing the future, he was seeing more like what he wanted to see. Although, I think something will happen that will remove his scar. Maybe after the spiritual crisis ends it will be gone.

I'm starting to think that maybe Zuko's mom is dead just from the dream and the preview for the finale.?? It was pretty freaky when Zuko looked like Aang, wasn't sure whether to laugh or scream with Zuko.

It sounded to me like the blue dragon was having Zuko give in.?? She kept repeating to sleep which in my view means give up and die.?? Iroh, the red dragon was pushing him forward to continue the transformation.??

I don't want his mother dead, but it looks like she is now.

    -Hasn't read posts-

    My opinon:
This was him before. Before he disgraced himself, before he was banished. This would have been his life as the fire lord. Azula would have been nice to him, but wanted him to sleep so he could be poisoned by her. Iroh trying to pull him away from the evil of the fire nation, away from the danger of his sister. His destiny, the one he wanted so badly. Now his subconcious is warning him and showing the bad of it.

"Go to sleep Fire Lord Zuko, Go to sleep... just like mother..."

God, that was the line that creeped me out...

remember when Iroh said how Zuko sees himself and who he really is were duking it out right now? I think the 1st dream was how he sees himself (confused, firenation) and the second *pause to internally laugh @ zuko w/ and arrow* was who he really is (good, "aang-like" if you will)

Iroh said that he was fighting between himself on who he is, so I take it that he was seeing 'prediction' of what could happen in his future, either become the fire lord or... someething involving good things, I guess.

I tihnk that his dreams were revolving around what could go on in his future, I think.

I think both dreams represented Zuko being unsure of his identity. In the first dream he was choosing between dieing and changing from two (seemingly in one case) convincing dragons, as well as what he might have been. The second dream let him see who he is becoming (good), and it shocked him. I don't think Zuko will ever want to get rid of his scar, so that couldnt be a prediction of the future.

Just saying, when they showed the second dream, it completely freaked me out. I practically jumped for a moment. But it shows that Zuko can't just leave, and completely forget about Aang even if he wishes to do so. His fate is interwoven with Aang, whether he is with, against, or indifferent to Aang.

As for the first dream and him without scar, I don't think this means his scar will go away just because it was in that dream and they called him firelord (if you take that literally, you might as well take the dragons literally and imagine him ruling for real with 2 dragons nearby for real). I just felt that it was showing him as he would be internally. No scar on his face since that scar is external.

Him as the firelord is the life he dreams. He has always wanted it back and clinged to the past. The blue dragon is telling him to sleep and continue dreaming this dream, which cannot be achieved. The red dragon tells him to come out of it and to let go of the dream. The red dragon is telling him to let go. Move on.
