    I am an 18 year old boy(at 18 i'm not actually a boy anymore but i still think of myself as a kid just like Walt Disney did) and I am a sucker for romance and a real sentimentalist and idealist(pretty much like Aang).
    That's why i liked Kataang and not Zutara.A lot more romantic, more feelings there.
    I believe this might be an effect of being born in july(Cancer).

    But i agree.Avatar isn't meant for just boys or girls.
    It actually is one af the best stories ever told. And compared with something like naruto it is on a hole different level of Depth.

    They wouldnt spend so much money for a movie on TV I was hoping they would film it like LOTR altogether, but that doesnt seem likely.

    i cant agree more, im a 17 year old male and the story defenently an in depth story with many hidden assumptions like the order of the white lotus, how many 9 year olds do you think picked up on that the 1st time it was hinted. and i have to say i am totaly a supporter of Kataang Aang totally appreciates Katara more. and im totally a sap for romance

    you are completely right. But today, I have so many friends and cousins that prefer shows like Naruto or DBZ because of the action. Avatar is more than a show, more than art, it is a moral told in the viewing of television. Some people don't give this show enough credit, like my sister who say's it's boring and stupid. If this show is taken away from me, I feel as if a piece of art on a canvas was being ripped apart and thrown into a blaze right in front of me and being replaced by a senseless comedy will add to the fire. I pray and hope avatar goes on.

    just letting everyone know Nicktoons Network is airing Sozin's Comet as we speak. They'll be playing it twice so if you miss it catch it at 7 cause this will be the last time we see all 4 parts together for a while.
    (regular Nick isnt even airing the encore, what a disgrace!, and they dont even have any episodes coming on for at least 2 weeks)
    Nicktoons Network will be airing Avatar twice a day as usual with the occasional marathon, but now is airing season 3 episodes as well.

    wow thats deep. i know what you mean though, when they stopped airing avatar for awhile in America i was depressed for the longest time. i don't know anyone personally that views avatar as seriously as i do. to everyone else its just a show. i think i watched one naruto episode and thought it was stupid, theres no acting skills, naruto just screams at everything. and DBZ is even worse. it means alot to me to know someone else feels empty without avatar. now im not sure what im gonna do with my time. if got nothing to look forward to on tv.

    Well, I like Inuyasha even though Kagome is sooo annoying but until they make another season or spin off of avatar,I'll be busy unplugging my tv, making fan art, and talking about avatar on my computer

    I really don't know how they managed this.
    I mean Avatar is at the same time deep but has a bright view on the world.(Death note is certainly deep but it is also very dark)
    It is romantic but it is about a war.
    It really is a 1 in a 100(or maybe even more) years thing.

    ya iv watched alittle Inuyasha myself its ok i wouldn't mind watching it again but its never on at a resalable time. and about fanfic, i was thinking about making a little animation or something. by any chance do you know of any good programs or ways to make fanfic of that kind. i knnow if seen some cool ones on youtube but im not sure how to go about it.

    I can't believe that it's over5. It ended with so many questions. Firelord Zuko asked Ozia where his mother was. And the Airbenders with Aang they end.

    If you want to make an animation then download flash for a good, smooth animation. If you don't want to download, then try ms paint(or rather ms pain!!)

    sweet thanks for the heads up i justed changed the channel and i think in september nick will be airing avatar everyday at 630PM weekdays. do you know when there gonna release the season 3 DVD's im sure ill be going to the store that day lol

    I wouldn't say that.
    I am an 18 year old boy(at 18 i'm not actually a boy anymore but i still think of myself as a kid just like Walt Disney did) and I am a sucker for romance and a real sentimentalist and idealist(pretty much like Aang).
    That's why i liked Kataang and not Zutara.A lot more romantic, more feelings there.
    I believe this might be an effect of being born in july(Cancer).

    But i agree.Avatar isn't meant for just boys or girls.
    It actually is one af the best stories ever told. And compared with something like naruto it is on a hole different level of Depth.


    you are completely right. But today, I have so many friends and cousins that prefer shows like Naruto or DBZ because of the action. Avatar is more than a show, more than art, it is a moral told in the viewing of television. Some people don't give this show enough credit, like my sister who say's it's boring and stupid. If this show is taken away from me, I feel as if a piece of art on a canvas was being ripped apart and thrown into a blaze right in front of me and being replaced by a senseless comedy will add to the fire. I pray and hope avatar goes on.


    wow thats deep. i know what you mean though, when they stopped airing avatar for awhile in America i was depressed for the longest time. i don't know anyone personally that views avatar as seriously as i do. to everyone else its just a show. i think i watched one naruto episode and thought it was stupid, theres no acting skills, naruto just screams at everything. and DBZ is even worse. it means alot to me to know someone else feels empty without avatar. now im not sure what im gonna do with my time. if got nothing to look forward to on tv.


    Well, I like Inuyasha even though Kagome is sooo annoying but until they make another season or spin off of avatar,I'll be busy unplugging my tv, making fan art, and talking about avatar on my computer


    ya iv watched alittle Inuyasha myself its ok i wouldn't mind watching it again but its never on at a resalable time. and about fanfic, i was thinking about making a little animation or something. by any chance do you know of any good programs or ways to make fanfic of that kind. i knnow if seen some cool ones on youtube but im not sure how to go about it.


    If you want to make an animation then download flash for a good, smooth animation. If you don't want to download, then try ms paint(or rather ms pain!!)


    is there a name/ maker or is it just flash? i don't mind downloading ill google to see what comes up unless you have a site in mind.

    I think that Nick left all of those cliffhangers in case they ever wantef to bring Avatar back into production. I mean, we don't know if Zuko finds his Mom, how Toph deals with her parents, and where the heck is Azula? Also, we don't know how Aang mastered the Avatar State and still loves Katara. My guess is that he realized that love is spiritual and was able to let go of his physical attachment but I'm not really sure. YES TO SEASON 4!!!!!!!

    don't get too exicted it may not happen. I think Azula is locked up.
