    1. not exactly a problem, but Sokka has now lost all 3 things that made him who he was (besides his pure awesomeness)- Hawky, who just disappeared, boomerang, who was supposed to always come back, and his space sword, which I thought was going to hve some cool power.

    2. During Zuko's coronation, there were 4 lines of people, Im assuming for the 4 nations. But, there are no known Airbenders left, and the writers wouldn't just put them in without an explanaation, so who was in the last line?

    3. Where the hell were Hakoda and all the others that were with the gaang during the movie? did they just disappear?

    4. All the elements had some sort of super-form- fire had lightning, water had plant and blood, earth had metal, and I thought that in the finale they were going to show some form of super-airbending, but they didnt.

    5. A lot of the characters had unfinished storylines, but Toph's was COMPLETELY unfinished, and that sucks because she was my favorite character.

    6. Everyone in the Fire Nation wanted to take over the world. Iroh kept talking about like restoring the honor of the Fire Nation, but the people wanted what the FireLord was doing. Zuko may be creating an era of peace, but the era is unwantd by his subjects.

    7. Finally, the Avatar State. the Guru said it was blocked because Aang could not let go of Katara, and that he would never agian be able to get into the State, yet simply by hitting a rock, he was able to restart it? That made no sense at all.

So, yeah. Sorry abot that little rant, but I had to get that out there.

Agree with the item #5 - I like Toph too, and would interesting in her becoming The Earth Queen and pairing (mating/dating) with some Freedom Fighter or anyone else in Ba Sing Se!

There were 2 lines of Earth Kingdom people. If you watch it again there are 2 lines of green. It is a big nation!

i don't know for sure but i think i did saw the boomerang come back. But Sokka said nothing about it. I'll post picture soon.
maybe the lionturtle unlocked it and then the danger triggered it on.

And the 4 columns of people are really bizare.
The forth column looks like swamp benders but there are just a few(

You know. That is one thing I hated. It's like, everybody else is a nation. All that's left of Air is Aang.

Which makes me think someone should create a story about like, Aang's kid(s) or something, and give them airbending.

If they do create a spinoff, since Kyoshi was Earth, Roku was Fire, and Aang is Air, does that mean the new avatar would be Water?

yeah i guess that must be it. It would havve been better for there to have been only 3 lines, maybe with Aang as the only person in the 4th, but whatever

    4. I think I would have made a super-air move that goes like this- when an airbender reaches ultimate spiritual energy, they can change a certain gravitational field by either lowering it, making it higher, or posessing it within contact.

    5. I think Toph will reunite with her parnets because they sent hawky her letter to them, and she'll become either a martial earth bending arts teacher or become owner of the earth bending competition she was in.

Yes. And the new Avatar would be a girl, I believe. But it doesn't have to be a future Avatar, remember that. It could be a past Avatar.

    sorry
    nope, it wasn't boomerang.
Just a chunk of perforated metal from the airship.
Maybe Toph with her earth radar can find it though after Aang flooded the entire place i'm not sure.
Well since now it is probably under water do you think it rusts.
I don't think so.I think it was some really special alloy.
Do you think it might be made from the same stuff as the comet?

they should definately make a spinoff of avatar...just like someone said before....the next avatar would be a water bender....so maybe they should have like aang and katara be parents for someone who marries someone else and then they have a baby right as aang dies or something and it will be a water bender....so that waterbender will be the avatar and that avatar's grandpa is aang....so he's in his family and he's a past life....weird and confusing eh??

Eh, it's too unlikely. But that would be a good idea. When Aang came back to guide the new Avatar it would be a touching moment.

Yeah, but he can always get a new boomerang. Remember on DOBS when Aang got a new glider? True, the space sword can't be done the same way, but there's always new memories to preserve.

The rock to the back moment was the most piece of crap use of Dues ex machina I've ever seen. All in all, it could have been MUCH better, but I guess the age rating limited what they could do.

We aren't complaining? Ahahaha. Almost everyone on here thought that the finale was so epic it hurt. We just wished some other loose ends had been fixed. I don't know where you're getting this from...

i love azula, her total control was just amazing! an kinda reminds me of monica from friends, with the added fire power and evil twist! it was horrible to see her chained up! i would like her to beat zuko, but be overthrown by the fire nation subjects! then at least she would be a threat in the future!

plus i was thinking, does this now make aang the most powerful avatar of all?? as he knows the skill no-one else does, plus he may have had a load more experience then all the others, (i man the highlight of kioshi's battle career was fighting a four foot oddball! doesnt really match up to ozai?

I don't agree. I think that the finale was phenomenal. It did a great job of using Aang's personality to defeat the Fire Lord. It revealed why wars had kept going in the past, because people ended violence with violence.

the finale as whole was really good, but that moment made absolutely no sense at all and should have been done a lot better.
