She does kickass. (emoticon) Just don't forget that these aren't seperate arts or a special ability (lack of a better word). They're simply applications for already established bending disciplines, plus that whole "everything is connected" thing.??Save airbending, the??true special ability for each element have already been identified.??Oh and Metal Bender?

you all say Bumi can't bend metal.
remember that he saied he can escape anytime he wants.
and he had at least 100 years to master earth bending so he might bend metal too.
as i see it the first time Toph and Bumi will meet there will be a litle bit of competition because both think of them selfs as the best earth bender in the world.But then they will get along and start learning from each other.

He can, with his regular earthbending which his captors (fire guys) aren't aware he can still do. Plus,

What that basically means is that as powerful and experienced as Bumi is, he's short of superhuman senses and that's the only thing preventing him from ever being able to accomplish it. Huh, ya'know??with all this Toph vs. Bumi??[stuff]??goin on,??I'm really startin to wonder when the creators are gonna thrown in, i don't know, some kind of cage match just for the sake of, you'know, throwing into some kind of cage match. ...Yeah.
