    in terms of the forums a 'locked' thread is a thread you're not allowed to post on, the rules thread that is pinned is a good example of a 'locked' thread. you can tell if a thread is 'locked', when it has a picture of a padlock on top of the normal paper left of the thread title.

    Locked is when the editor shuts down a thread. No one can post in it anymore, so it sinks down into forum oblivion. It's called "locked" because there's a cool little icon of a lock on it.

    You didn't sound stupid, by the way. We've all had to learn 'forum language'. It's cool that you asked instead of wildly guessed, which is what I've seen some people do

    should they make a game for avatar like the elder scrolls 4 oblivion? like the main quest is for u two master all 4 elements and the "races" would be wat element u start off knowing already?

    Here is another question, but im not sure if it has already been asked.

    What happened to Sokkas messenger Hawk thingy he got in the fire nation????

    They sent it to give a message to Toph's parents. Seeing as this is on the other side of the world, it may be a while.

    it can get its food from the ocean like try get coy fish (failure cause theyre the largerfish) or smaller fish.

    Soemthing has been bothering me since Hakoda( Katar and Sokka's father) was introduced. In the north Pole the Chief and his family is considered royalty. Hakoda is the chief of the South Pole. Wouldnt that make him and his family-Sokka and katars- royalty?Sice Master pakku is going to the South Pole to help them rebuild, doesn't it make it official?

    The Northern Water Tribe is a true nation. The southern water tribe is just a bunch of villages, including the one Sokka and Katara come from.

    how old was zuko when ursa left or was banished? cause theres going 2 be a bigger question later after this one gets answered.

    Zuko was 13 when he was banished. Not sure how old he was when Ursa left, but probably 8-10 if I had to guess.

    Ok I have a sorta off topic question.
    How much is a trivia/notes/quotes submission worth towards becoming editor? I know I have no chance to become editor for THIS show. But I am interested in becoming editor for a different one. All Help is greatly appreciated.

    each time you contribute to a show it is recorded, if you look at the little sidebar on the summary section called 'top contributors', it says how many contributions they have made. if the current editor has made say 50 contributions, all you need to do is surpass him in terms of contributions, then make him make you a trusted contributor, then after about 24 hours you will automatically become editor.
    note you need to make the editor make you a trusted contributor first.
