    Speaking of said trailer, does anyone know who Dante Dimartino is and how he's related to Michael Dante Dimartino?

    The very last frame says "in memory of" so that generally means the person died. I'm guessing dad.

    It isn't made clear. All we know is that Mai said, "I love Zuko more than I fear you [Azula]". So, she is protecting Zuko, not the gAang. Ty Lee was acting out of compassion for Mai, when Azula was about to attack. So it wasn't out of love for the gAang and willingness to join them, it was protecting someone they loved. Maybe it'll take a turn and they will join. Who knows ;]

    In the show? No, the avatar does not "end" or die, if that's what you meant, unless he's killed when in the avatar state. If you meant the series, then yes it will end for sure. But, there will be 3 live action movies that are each crafted around each book. Then, hopefully, there might be a completely new series without the gAang, but with a whole new avatar and friends. I hope that answers your questions.

    It was stated at the NYCC that there wouldn't be, as I recall. So no, it's called Avatar: The Last Airbender for a reason =] We might meet some Avatars that will bend air, but that's about as close as it's going to get, I'm afraid.

    Hm... Well, they can travel to the spirit world, maybe, and learn from the previous Avatars. That could be a possibility. Not a very good one, though.

    also just because Ozai falls....does that mean the fire nation will return to a peaceful nation?

    Well, that's the plan when Ozai falls. That the nations will be harmonious once again. I don't know about the 3 nations, though. That would be a problem in the next series.

    There are lots of speculation as to this particular question here, but no one knows the right answer for sure. The best thing to do would be to sit tight and wait for the finale to answer questions like these.
