    We tried but to make one but the moderators delete/lock them. Your best bet is to stick to the pinned threads or the official threads and post messages that are wise, thoughtful, and polite. And if you are looking for a specific thread ask for help here before creating a new thread.

    it couldn't get pinned because of all the episode discussion threads that were previously pinned, so people just kept bumping it, which is against the rules. =/

    It was locked because it did not have to do with Avatar and was therefore off topic. Threads concerning the Forum itself and not Avatar can be made but they must have permission of the Editor of the forum (High00Lord). Threads such as the Disciples of the Dragons and The Loyalist Committee are approved by the editor and are therefore allowed.

    So we could make a thread for newbs but whoever makes it must first have the permission of the editor.

    So we should seek out the Editor (although he seems like a very absentee editor), and get that pinned , I mean it is more important, than "Can you Guess the Quote".

    He just doesnt post a lot, but he does handle all submissions users make to the guide. He can easily be reached via Private Message.

    i wonder why they took down the 1st and 2nd season trailers.....i never got to see the 2nd trailer and i havent seen the 1st in ages....so i just remember zuko chasing aang in the trailer

    yeah. so if highlord approved the troll reformation committeee, it wouldn't have gotten deleted? but why didn't highlord approve of it?

    In my opinion it was an unneccesary thread. In principle it is a good idea but in practice it isn't. Real trolls aren't going to join; those trolls that do join are most likely just noobs that have annoyed someone, not a major problem. There's a steep learning curve here but if a troll wants to change they have to do it themselves.

    He didn't approve of it because it acknowledged trolls. We're supposed to ignore trolls and just simply report them. Even though we had a great idea, it went against the rules.
