It was kinda a throw away line - I wondered about that too, for a while.

...Come to think of it, when did the Boomeraangs learn Zuko's name? I don't remember him telling them...

What realy bothered me was Katara was insulting Sokka for trying to be the leader while Katara is probably the most bossy character in the show.

I can't believe all of you with your "Best part of the movie". The single best part of the movie was the part where Toph was drowning. That is the most hilarious line I've ever heard

"Oh, well. You can just let me drown now"

    SPOILERS IN THIS POST.

Okay. I really think that was possibly the worst of the series.

I was pleased Suki came back, and I knew Smellerbee was a girl pretty much since I first saw her. Glad they made a point of it.

Katara was OOC in this episode. Much too bossy. Sokka was a bit girl-crazed, and Aang seems to be returning to his original character. Toph seemed to add a lot of idiocy to the movie.

I didn't feel it was rushed, I felt it moved too slowly. Toph x Sokka made me laugh. Then I thought, "Suki... and Toph... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

You know it's going to happen via fanfiction. x_X

Aang all of a sudden rocks at Earthbending. How'd they get out of the desert? Appa fell into the background even though I knew that would happen anyway. Mai is obviously not going to be a main character, which is a shame as I really liked her until this episode.

I enjoyed Ty Lee, I had to explain to my parents that her "aura couldn't be pinker" then they got all the jokes. ^-^

    Imitation Aangs = YAYNESS

Suki and Sokka felt a bit rushed, but I preferred those scenes to Yue and Sokka's.

That KataraxZuko scene rocked. I thought they would show more than just two of those scenes though.

I feel like this show has changed. I felt the whole episode was talking down to me. When Toph said, "The drill's pressure points!" I felt like crying. Toph added nothing and made me feel like a loser.

Anybody else think it was hilarious when Sokka passed out from the birth? That made me laugh, it was really funny. I really thought they were going to name the baby "Yue" instead of "Hope" which also made me feel it was a show for younger kids than me.

I didn't like the CGI for the drill. I actually don't like the CGI in the show. Actually, the drill didn't look right to me at all... x_X

    So... 5/10.

Actually, 6/10 for the first episode. The Suki protecting Sokka and Sokka protecting Suki thing made my evening.

The used the Sand Boats to get out of the desert.

I get the feeling you don't like Toph.

    Rocks at Earthbending?

Besides being a bad pun, it isn't true. He moved and shaped one rock. He's still air/water for the time being. He's probably only properly incorporate earthbending towards the end of this season.

he did more than move and shape a rock...he also made a rock fist and??made a rubble wall and used it as cover while he launched rocks from it, but more importantly he had to use all 3 elements he's learned so far??against??Azula...and almost??was killed...assuming the Fire??Lord is??stronger,??he has a long way to go before he take take him down...??

Well we can't all be impressed But some parts you chewed out for seemed a bit unfair.

    I'M A GIRL.

    Sheesh. I feel like Smellerbee.

And am I missing something? Because all Aang did with Earthbending beforehand was move a rock.

He'd been training his arrow off with Toph. He even picked up a Pearl of Wisdom from her -- how not to go full out but make several smaller outs.

Ah, I didn't get that impression. I noticed the line, but... it didn't really have any effect on me.

I must admit, I think I'm just getting burned out on the show in general. It hasn't been the same since Season Two began.

The first season I thought was an introductory season and I loved it. But the animation is different, the writing is different, and its got a new energy to this season. It just feels like it's trying to be a kids' show instead of an "appeals to all ages" show.

    My two cents.

Well let it pick up like season one did, After the next few episodes there''s a deadline and that's where everything picks up.
