Sokka ship?

I think that, since she considers it so wrong, whoever stops her from going through with it and killing the guy will be the one that she chooses. It may be during "The Southern Raiders" but it's definately going to be against the firebender that killed her mother.



    I really like Maiko but I actually wouldnt mind Zuko and Jin togehter I liked Jin she was cool.

    I think in the season Finalle Aang is going to be about to fly off to go face Ozai then Katara yells at him to wait he turns around then she kisses him I know kind of cheezey right. The they break apart and Aang says he loves her and Katara says she loves him and they kiss again then it switches scenes.

    About the whole "let go of Katara" thing, I think your misinterpreting it. He doesn't have to forget about her. That's like saying Aang now can't have fear, or guilt, or any of the blocking emotions. All Aang needs to do is understand that the fate of the world is more important than Katara. Just like Roku had earthly attachments like his wife and kid, but understood that his Avatar duties came before them (as shown when he saved the whole village, not just his wife).

    We've seen Avatar's with a wife, children, friends, etc. I don't see a problem with Aang having them as well.

    So you guys are basically ok with someone walking up to Aang and saying "Hey, you know how you and your friends got out of life or death situations by the skin of your teeth instead of you being able to beat everyone in 3 seconds or less? You also remember how you couldn't stop Ba Sing Se and the entire Earth Kingdom from falling into Fire Nation hands? How about when you had to let a lot of your friends and their families get captured during the day of black sun? And that all of those things happened because of that huge internal conflict that you had between the power needed to save the world and the love of Katara?

    That's not what I said...

    He doesn't temporarily give her up, he has to understand his Avatar duties come first and Katara is second.

    And I'm not sure what you want from this. The other Avatar's have done this and mastered the Avatar State. Mastering the Avatar State does not require completely forgetting about Katara and everyone else he likes.

    Aang's love for Katara had nothing to do with the failure on the day of black sun. And for the COD it would have helped if he hadn't had to worry about that but he still wouldnt have been succesful because he still probably would have hadto go save Katara and still wouldnt have had much experience with his avatar state so he still would have been volnurable and would get sshot by lightning.

    go TOKKA lol, i really hope it happens coz they would be great together, but it will happen if suki dies (heres to hopeing). but if she lived then it would have to be suki's choice not to be with sokka but i cant really see that happening

    We don't know what the other avatars had to give up. Remember, the seventh gate is giving up what attaches you the most to this world. For Aang, it's his love for Katara and it makes sense for her and Zuko to fall in love and let that be what forces Aang to let go of her.

    By the way, I want to see Sukka end trajically. Something like, the Dia Lee brainwashes her, disguises her and Sokka fights and kills her before finding out that it was her. I don't care about the fate of Tokka.
