There has been a report that the writers of Avatar: The Last Airbender are currently on strike, and although all the episodes have been created prior, they will not air any more until the strike is over. Chapter 14 of Book 3 will not be released until further notice. I will try to keep updates. Thank you.

The writers strike ended a while ago.

And why would they strike if the series is already created? What would that do?

As I replied in the last forum, Im still waiting for the answer to that, but I hear there was a disagreement as to how the plot line should continue.

Why would they be disagreeing on the plot line if all of the episodes are already done?

Your theory has more holes in it than swiss cheese. It's just haitus, almost all shows take a break mid-season. There doesn't have to be some ZOMG conspiracy behind it.

The strike never affected avatar, seasson 3 was already written before the strike happened, we are just waiting on animation and the voice actors, both of which take a long time.

I heard something earlier that the reason they havn't aired any new episodes was because they were arguing on how they want the plot line to continue. It was either on this forum, another forum, or some were on google.

    Uh huh.

I live in the United States and I am unwilling to wait for the boiling rock to air here. So, if this has already been asked, I apologize, but I have a very short attention span and refuse to take the time to look for it. So, does anyone know where I can watch the full episode on the internet? I don't want to watch it illegally, I just want to "liberate" or "commondeer" a viewing.

The boiling rock is confirmed to air in the US by April.

So go to turbonick or use a proxy if you're outside the US (look at Banished Prince's DeviantArt profile on how to use a proxy) to go to turbonick. Don't use those sites that hijack Avatar's viewership and make dirty money with it. The more you go to those sites, the less likely we will see an Avatar Season 4.

Well, the Avatar season three DVD set is supposed to be released in May, which will include from Day Of Black Sun part 2 through The Boiling Rock part two.
    SO.
Since the DVD set is being released May 6th, then the episodes have to have aired in the US by May 2nd or so.
I'm thinking the new episode will air in Canada in either March or April. It's too late for February. T.T

As for Western Air Temple and Firebending Masters for the US, I'm thinking March too.

The episodes actually have to come out by April, in order to correspond with May sweeps.

Well, I was pretty much trying to say in that post that the episodes have to come out in either March or April. So yeah. I guess it would be better if they came out by April.

There are eight weeks of Avatar left, from when the next episode airs and onwards. I have a feeling the episodes might start in May, but continue through April.

in Canada as they tend to do ONE EPISODE AT A TIME even when it was DOBS (I put them doing one hour for DOBS and Boiling rock just in case)

    Feb 15 306
    Feb 22 307
    Feb 29 308
    March 7 309
    March 14 310(310 and 311?)
    March 21 311 (or 312?)
    March 28 312 (or 313?)
    April 4 313 (or 314 and 315?)
    April 11 314 (or 316?)
    April 18 315 (or 317?)
    April 25 316 (or finale??)
    May 2 317?
    May 9 Finale?

USA NICK (according to a friend who has an inside source) as he was told 312 would air in April in the USA, and there are only 2 possible dates in order to be before the book

    April 4 312 (or nothing?)
    April 11 313 (or 312?)
    April 18 314-315 (or 313?)
    April 25 316 (or 314-315?)
    May 2 317 (316?)
May 9 Finale(or 317?)11 days ahead of Simon and Schuster book and most likely so that it will be same day as YTV
May 16 (Finale? just before the Simon and Schuster book)

    --------------------------------------------------

including the 312 and 313(not shown in NICK but shown in Canada), it is 6 weeks for the USA

Nevermind that. I got the months mixed up. I'm too lazy to edit it.

Now that would take along time, or is Avatar so great that it can break the laws of time and space?
