Avatar is the only show I follow or even watch anymore. I used to watch LOST but there too many reasons why I grew sick and tired of it to list. I believe animation can present certain things (such as Bending for example) that either look awkward or just flat out weird in live action shows. Avatar presents those things perfectly making it all fit and flow so smoothly. I love the complexity of the characters and storyline to the degree I've joined a forum and (and view other fan sites) to discuss and read about the current happenings in the show. ;p

Above all though, it's the most enjoyable show I've watched. The charm, animation, Asian and spiritual mysticism, the characters, and well, people controlling the elements has really captivated me. It has just about everything I like and it's the first show that's ever been like this for me. ;]

It's one of the best cartoons ever made. It may very well be the best, but I'm holding off on final judgment until I see the finale.

Until then I recommend everyone (besides children) to play GTAIV to pass the time. In fact, why I'm not playing it this very second is beyond me.

GTAIV looks really good, but I've got no gaming platforms except a PC.

On topic: Avatar encouraged me to pursue an illustration career but thats about it

One of the reasons people have friends is so they don't have to buy expensive crap and just mooch off them. That's what I do for any PS3 games I want to play.

Also on topic: the show inspired me to end my heroin addiction.

A beautiful cartoon. People seem to think that just because it's aired on Nick means it's a kids show. It just has a wide variety of audiences. Honestly, I cried when I watched the season finale trailer, ahahaa. I really love this show, and it means a lot to me. I don't even want to know what I would do if it was canceled. Probably nothing drastic, because I'm a really optimistic person. I might just write a lot of fan fiction. Oh, I've written that before. Ahahaha. I mean, GOD, it's such a beautiful show. The fact that I spend most of my free time writing on/reading these forums just sort of shows a small part of my dedication.

Lmao, I've got PS1+2+3, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Wii. AHahhaa. And every gameboy ever released. I've got no life =p I bought GTAIV the day it came out. Most addicting game ever.

I would cry if Avatar left. Its one of those shows that can make you really think about life. It can also be silly, so it entertains you. And unlike most cartoons, it's written really well.(ahem...Spongebob)I would say I've read a lot of fanfics, and love anything with Avatar!!!

I like the shows that actually follow a storyline + silly humor every once and a while. The show is correctly balanced and it is worth the wait. Sure, we can get angry about the hiatus, but waiting always make the end result so much better. Us Avatar fans can brag about the fact that we are not spoiled! Plus, it has a powerful meaning. Anyone can change their situation and make a difference. How inspiring is Fairly Odd Parents of the crazy cow show?

In the end, we will all get what we want.

Okey I know it sounds silly but Avatar actually did a great thing bout my life. I was like being persuaded (Sorry if word doesn't go like that) to change my super geekie way of life in order to fit lovely society by the very same person who made me a geek back when I was young and then I just heard Zuko saying "But I wasn't me" and it hitted me hard. Don't know but since I believe everything happens for a reason well it's just kinna funny

    What Avatar means to me?
Avatar is a beautiful river. The flow is perfect, and you can always see beauty within it. But sometimes the river is clouded with dirt, and you can't always see what happens when the river takes a twist or turn, an ebb or flow.
Avatar has also widened my musical tastes greatly. I've had the chance to experiment with at least 60-something songs on AMV's alone.

Key: Each * represents one galaxy.

It means this much to me: *************************(keep continuing the asterisks(sp?), I dont want to spam... and dont stop til I say stop). But really, Avatar is one of the reasons why I get on this computer everyday and why I come to these boards everyday.

    ........ ok stop!

To tell you the truth, Avatar is the only show that I was 100% obsess with...no joke (I did get obsessed with DP but only until Season 2)

on other shows I just "Wow That's nice" but when I watched the first episode I was like "Whoa! Gotta check this out" and I've been an avatard ever since. I went to wikipedia, joined forums and because of avatar I also got hooked to photoshop. I feel like it's my life O.o

Yeah, me 2 (remembers fateful day where i accidentally found The Blind Bandit on limewire)
    Such good times...

Ok, another thing Avatar let me to is video editing, from just a regular 2.5 editor who made 2 videos that hit over 10k, to an almost 4.2 if i can say my self, who is about to enter the realm of J-Pop for AMVs.

Prepare raven, i'm gonna beat ya with my next few Avatar AMVs
As soon as the finale airs of course...
