I'm pissed off about that bonus dick. I already ordered the last season 3 DVD before I heard about that one.
I don't care. I'm getting EVERYTHING. I'm still obsessed, and frankly, I think I will bring this collection to college. I'm serious. I'm that dedicated.

LOL! I'm going to college soon, and I'm bringing Avatar with me!

Lmao. I was thinking the same thing. The EXACT same thing. Then it crossed my mind that it might have been on purpose...

I ordered all 3 Box Sets already...

I hope they dont release a series set with extra extra bonus discs or something...

A box to put all the DVD's in would be cool though, I have one for my Invader ZIM DVD and it's shaped like his house

Maybe they could do one like Appa or something ?

... It might help if you actually read some of the posts , it was already posted earlier. I believe it was even posted in the very first post. And to answer your question, it already occurred, and they didn't provide the fans with a clear answer. They were extremely ambiguous about their plans for the future of Avatar other than the movies. They also said that this is not going to be their last appearance at the Comic Cons. They are going to be coming back next year, and hopefully they will give us some news at the New York City Comic Con, which comes before the SDCC. Only time will tell.

Right now, I'm just getting over excited on getting volume four because it has interviews with the cast and crew. MORE AVATAR PLEASE.

Is anyone still as obsessed as they were from the beginning of the show?
(Because I kind of still am. This is an uncureable obsession I tell you!)

"will anything be announced anytime soon?"

Most likely not. I believe the next event where an announcement would happen is the launch of the Avatar MMO.

You know how TV is. They're being vague on purpose b/c they don't even know for sure what's going to happen. It all comes down to the people with $$$ (the producers), and they can be so wishy-washy sometimes. Of course, if Nick had spent money on merchandise that we want to buy rather than cheapie action figs for younger kids that don't really watch the show, we wouldn't be in this pickle and everyone would know for sure the future of the franchise. This whole mess started with merchandising errors. I think that they couldn't understand why the ratings were high and yet no one was buying the crap. They should've made crap for the right age group.

*sigh* At least I have my ATLA lanyard and my dog tags.

That would be a yes. This is even worse than my Star Trek and Sailor Moon obsessions of the '90s. I've been obsessed with many shows in my life, starting with She-Ra when I was 7 and going on from there. But this is the worst yet.

Oh, and I corrected your spelling in the quote, AS. Hope U don't mind

I hate my Avatar obsession! I really do!

I can't think of anything else but this show, and for some reason I CAN'T LET GO! Am I the only one here, or are we all pathetic little obsessed low-lifes?

BTW, we all should be hoping for a spin-off instead of a new Avatar World series. Cause of they would chose for the last one, it would take like another 3 years before we'd see anything of that (because of the live action movies and all).
This would mean that I would STILL be as obsessed as I am right now at that time! I can already see myself at a 80 year old age telling the reporter on TV how it was like during the Avatar Depression at the beginning of the 21th century... NOT GOOD!

Well, You still have the live action movie to look forward to indeed. If you need something to quell your Avatar obsession, just go to my lulz album. I have so much avatar fandom invested in that, it is enough to overpower your obsession, maybe if you give it a chance.
