avatar= can get married as shown by Roku and Kuruk

monks of the airbenders temples = can at least have children(if they didn't the airbenders would die of, everything indicates that all airbenders went to the temples as young people, than most going into the world from 16 to I am guessing 35 or maybe 45, than some choose to return to the temples to become teachers, while others never become teachers)

and look at Kuruk impressing some airbending girls

why everyone assumes that Aang would have chosen to be a monk?

if it hadn't been for Sozin

Aang would not have been told he was the avatar till he was 16

than he would have been sent to the world, and than he would have gone to the north water tribe to be taught waterbending, than probably Bumi would have been his earthbending teacher(by than Aang would have been 18 or 19) than Kuzon maybe his firebending teacher(by than Aang would be 21 or 22) than he would have gone to a guru to master the avatar state, after mastering the avatar state, he would have to live the life as Avatar, kind of hard to be a "teacher"

but he could choose one of the 2

be a Monk (from Leonmorado perspective)or find a wife and settle somewhere outside of the temples

whatever choice, he would have the responsibilities of the avatar, and put more importance to that than being a monk or a husband

even if he chose monk, than the issue of the 7th chakra would be not to be "earthly attached to his love of the monkhood" and not his love for a woman, or in case of Kuruk, his love to showing off his powers
