Does Aang still like Katara?

    Yes and yes. When Sokka suggested that Katara kiss Jet to help him get his mind back from being brainwashed, Aang made a cutting remark about how it was a bad idea...you could see his jealousy. It was kinda cute!

    Well it's obvious that Aang still likes Katara but the question is if Katara's likes Aang the same way.

    Yeah, all we need is another person that Katara likes, and Aang would leave the Gang forever, with Toph.

    Aang I think is biding his time with Katara, although he obviously likes her.
    Katara probably thinks she likes the avatar just not aang. Confusing isn't it. Celebrity maraiges never last do they.

    He still does but he is more into the mission and has to keep his feelings for her underwraps. maybe when this si all over he will tell her again how she feels or he will end up with somoneelse.

    and that of katara likes aang of course she likes him because she suggest to kiss in the cave not aang in the fortuneteller katara thinks that aang may be the one that shes going to merry someday and they are always hugging and in bato of the water tribe katara kiss him in the cheek.

    but you know he had tell his feelings in the serpents pass eppy remember the line.

    aang:it reminds me how i feel about appa....and how i feel about you and they hug and cry etc.

    so there are the clues that katara likes aang.

    I'm with F1ames and I_Love_Zuko on this. And I'm NOT just saying that because I'm very, very, very, VERY aganist that pairing. But I think Aang has a crush on Katara still, but it's not as big as it used to be. Aang and Katara seem more like brother and sister now than boyfriend and girlfriend.

    I agree. I mean, Katara acts more motherly towards Aang that I see this as a sibling/close relationship.

    Do 14 year old girls usually like 12 year old boys? (Not really sure about Katara's age). I think they both need to grow up a bit longer, will meet other people in the meantime for brief connections that will be heartwrenching for us all, but eventually they will end up together.

    It really doesn't matter if there are valid clues anymore, not in "the creators world". I for one think that Kataang is a cute pairing and one that the creators have been hinting for from the beginning even before the Waterbending Scroll episode where dilusional fans created the Zutarian Empire. Who really knows anymore, I still believe that Aang has feelings for Katara, but it just hasn't been shown because of all that's been happening. The show itsn't??about romance it's about defeating the firelord by summers end, people get so wrapped up in shipping that they forget that, it's not gonna be so prominent in every episode.

    It's obvious that Aang still like's Katara and I feel that she likes him too.?? Since they are young, it is hard for them to understand exactly how they feel and how to relate these feelings.?? Also, since love is such an interesting thing for most fans, the creators like to give little clues or cute little scenes between the two of them and keep fans waiting for when something big is going to happen.?? You see it all the time in tv shows.?? It wouldn't be nearly as intriguing for fans if they just got together right away.?? They have been developing the relationship between the two from the very first episode and I would be severely disappointed if they didn't eventually get together.

    On another note, I don't even know where some people got the idea that Katara and Zuko should get together.?? They've never even hinted at something like that happening in any episodes and I don't think it would be very interesting at all.?? I love Zuko's character as much as the next guy but why just randomly put two characters together.?? I'm just suprised at people even suggesting it.

    but last year Aang didn't seem to mind at all that Katara was crushing on Jet

    ...well it seems to me that Aang defiantely likes her but he's not ga-ga- in love...he's only 12 (if you don't count past lifes and the century he was stuck in an iceburg)

    uh thank you!!!!!!! seriously....silly dilusional zutarians, when will they ever learn. The creators aren't stupid or trying to be tricky, they've been hinting at the whole kataang relationship since let me see, uh the very first couple minutes of the show. I think its a cute couple, and it was cute when aang got all jealous when sokka suggested that katara should kiss jet.....awww.
