Not true, she would be hard to disguise as a guard and in that cable cart thing she would've been completely useless.

    That we know of.
acually her earthbending couldve helped them out and since shes a metalbender she couldve been a good help with the cooler plae too
But how would they disguise her? And wouldn't it be suspicious since the fire nation is looking for a young blind earthbender?
good point even though if u first meet toph u wouldnt be able to tell she was blind

Yerah but Sokka was already a lil to small to be a stormtropper Toph was pushing it to far. plus either Katara or Aang or Appa would make the scape so easy no time for Mai to go all badass against 'Zula

As much as I would have liked to see Toph go with them, I have to agree with the people in the previous posts. Toph would have either been too hard to disguise, or she would have made it too easy for them.(because the creators are just evil like that.) Besides, while Toph can bend metal, her seeing abilities on it are still questionable. I'm not saying she wouldn't be able to see at all, but the fact that metal only contains fragments of earth makes me think that her sight would be hindered.

Well if she can't keep the secret how much help could she really be?

You have to admit, though, bringing Toph would have been a great idea. I attribute it to Zuko and Sokka's manliness to go alone.

I finally saw all the upcoming 4 episodes. I loved the dragons in the "Firebending Masters" episode. They were awesome. These episodes were all fantastic! 10/10 for all 4

Hehe...I'm so late. I just saw it today.

Just out of curiosity, do we know where Mai and Ty Lee have been taken? Is it in the Boiling Rock?

They're most likely still prisoners at the Boiling Rock.

But wouldn't Mai's uncle still be the warden? That would be an interesting perdicament.

I doubt he is the warden anymore. After losing his record, I'm sure Azula made sure he lost his job. His niece being a traitor probably doesn't help either.
