    I loved that you started another one of these. They're cool. I love the pictures. Hard choice but, The Avatar State.

    It's definitely "The Avatar State"... It's the first and only episode (apart from the finale) where we got to see some past Avatar's. We got to learn about The Avatar State, something that was crucial in that season's finale, and see the ultimate height's of bending arts. Like for Waterbending, it was creating and controling a massive tsunami, for Earthbending it was bending two very, very large rocks almost with ease, for Firebending, it was erupting a volcano, and manipulating Lava/Magma, for Airbending it was blowing down a forest with heavy winds... It was AWESOME! =D

    I'm also going with The Avatar State. The Boy in the Iceberg was amazing, since it was the first episode. The Awakening was definitely more darker and interesting, but The Avatar State had drama and action, so I'm going with that.

    The Avatar State hands down.

    The Boy in the Iceberg and The Awakening were both pretty good, but The Avatar State was kickass, pure and simple.

    That was one of the most shocking moments of my life. I mean, when I first saw it in the trailer I was like, "Z0MgZ HAIR!?" and then when I saw it in the actual episode it was so strange. But I grew to love it

    The Avatar State. The simple fact is that as good as Season 1 and the first 3/4 of Season 3 were (The final quarter of B3 is in a league of it's own), they simply cannot match up to the glory that was season two.

    I have to say The Awakening. That may be the minority, but to me it was an awesome emotional piece and a great opening to the final season. It showed complete pain and sadness, and it just was purely epic and also has to be one of the darkest episodes out there.

    I did love The Awakening as well, but I feel that The Avatar State was a more important episode. But The Awakening compared Zuko and Aang, which I found very interesting. If you really focus, they get compared a LOT during the series.

    It's just as much so for the Avatar State... I think I would be less ambivalent towards the Awakening if everytime I thought about I didnt get a mental image of Katara's round face spreading tears because she had feelings that apparently had no impact previously when she thought of seeing her father...

    I'd have to go with The Awakening! I think that 3.1 was the more emotional season opener, with zuko returning to the fire nation and katara and her dad. But I also really loved The Avatar State.
