Ok since he is my character I'll tell you.
The glider is made of earth,??so he can bend it to stay in the air.??He also makes an earth path under him sometimes??
General Scorch (Elite Fire Bender)
"I'm sorry I had to leave," wrote Scorch, "I cannot explain on paper. When??you get back, take what you need and head for the serpants pass and make a shelter there. Wait for me for a maximum of two days. Rin, I'm sorry, but this is for your own good." He placed the letter on their things and??took his old badge that stated he was a General. With any luck, this should be enough to earn who ever is in charge??trust him. He sighed and??put on the badge before slowly??rising into the air again. He went toward the capital and landed at the gate, which was guarded by fire nation guards. Scorch stepped forward and one of them stopped him.
"Sorry, no civilians allowed," said the guard. Scorch flashed his badge to the guard. "Oh, General Scorch, my apologies. Go on in." Scorch nodded and walked toward the palace when he felt eyes watching him. Scorch looked around and saw some men hiding on the pillars near by.
"Hmph," grunted Scorch, "the Dai-lee, eh? So, it seems it is true. This place has finally fallen to the Fire Lord." He got up to the massive stair case that lead up to the palace. "Screw this," he said, "there is no way I'm walking up that." He took to the air and was about to enter when the doors opened and showed three men walk out (Spike, Bulldozer, Mayhem). Scorch quickly hid behind a pillar and waited for them to pass. He heard them talking about something, a plan, but he didn't care enough to follow them. He looked around to see if there was anyone else coming before proceeding into the large palace. He saw mass destruction in the area, and apparently something had happened earlier. He saw three different halls he could travel down, but only one had a gigantic red door at the end of it.
"Predictable Fire Nation," said Scorch. He slowly moved toward the door and put his ear up to it, listening to any voices that could be inside. He heard what seemed to be three feminine voices that suddenly stopped. Scorch backed away from the door and raised himself to the ceiling and held onto a ledge. The door opened and a gloomy looking woman stook he head out of the crack and turned around to go back in. Scorch counted to three on his fingers and she quickly looked out again. She went back in and Scorch lowered himself to the floor. Typical Fire Nation, thought Scorch. He lowered himself down to the ground again and stuck his head against the door when he heard something race toward the door. He ducked and lightning shot through the door, barely missing him.
"Show yourself!" exclaimed one of the women. Scorch recognized the voice, then it all became clear on how the city fell. He refused to show himself and felt someone grab him and put his hands behind him and felt stone encase them; the Dai-Lee. The then opened the doors and took Scorch in and shoved his head to the ground.
"Azula, is this anyway to treat a guest?" asked Scorch, "I expected better from you." He encased his body in fire and felt extra head hit him. "Ah, you are all so predictable." He slowly began to heat up his wrists.
"Who are you?" she asked.
"Just a General," said Scorch, "that's all." He felt the stone around his wrists getting hotter.
"Oohh," said another woman, "a General?"
Azula laughed, "I seriously doubt that you can even be a General."
"Well, that's what you get for being arrogent," said Scorch as he ripped his arms apart and brought himself up. He saw Azula sitting in the throne and two others standing next to her. He took fire in his palms and smashed his hands in the Dai-lee's faces. He slowly began to approach Azula when one of the girls did a cart wheel and got close to Scorch and did a few quick jabs. Scorch tried to fire bend, but was unable to. "Ah, so you've blocked my chi, eh? Well, that doesn't stop me from moving." She made a few more quick jabs and Scorch fell to the ground.
"So much for being able to move," laughed the??girl. She cartwheeled away and Azula??stepped up and dragged Scorch to his feet. She caught sight of his badge and laughed.
"Oh, this is too good," she said, "the infamous deserter Scorch. Finally,??you'll pay the penalty for deserting the Fire??Nation!" She took blue fire in her left hand and Scorch chuckled.
"Did you ever wonder why I deserted the army?" he asked.
"That's simple, you were afraid," said Azula.
"Hardly," chuckled Scorch, "I needed to drop all of the dead weight of the useless and imcompitent troops and ships. The war isn't any fun like that."
"You know," said one of the woman, "he is right. It can get boring."
"Well, the penalty hasn't changed," said Azula. Scorch thought to himself. He??promised himself??he would never do this, but he had ran out of options. He thought of Pyro and latched onto his chi, using it for himself. He began to glow ruby red and gained control of his entie body again.
"Argh!" exlclaimed Scorch as he rose into the air, "YES!"
"Oohh," said the cartwheel girl, "its so pretty." He took fire in his hand??and hurled a wave of fire at Azula. She quickly fired a counter of blue fire at Scorch.??
"Tai-Lee, Mai," said Azula, "this might get fun!" Tai-Lee cartwheeled over to Azula and Mai slowly walked toward them. Mai shot arrows at Scorch and Scorch waved his hand in front of him, creating a large wave of fire, instantly destroying the arrows. Scorch landed onto the ground and charged for Azula. She shot fire at him, but it was deflected by??the ruby casing. Scorch knocked her over and was about to attack, when Tai-Lee came in and made several??quick??jabs at Scorch.
Scorch laughed, "oh please, my chi is already blocked!" He turned around and grabbed her in the??head before throwing her across the room. Scorch felt something hit his back and turned around seeing Azula and fragments of lightning in the air. "Oh, a treacherous, under-handed sneak attack. I like that!" He charged for her and hurled white fire at her and she ducked. Scorch suddenly felt the earth around his feet close and several Dai-Lee agents came into the room. There must have been over??fifty??of them.
Scorch sighed, "fine, I give up. You win." He sat down before he stopped glowing and fell back. Azula??stood over him and took lightning??in her fingers. "Look," said Scorch, "the only reason why I came here is because I want to make a deal."
"A deal?" asked Azula, "I'm listening."??????

-witnessed Fang defeat Ami & Rin fighting Jax-
There was the man who had suggested the group go to the tournament fighting some girl. She shot fire at him making him fall off his glider and onto the ground at the foot of man who had just been in an argument with the hotel owner (Willy). "Jax" he yelled.??Both winning competitors disappeared.??
"I guess they didn't waste anytime to enter this tournament," she thought.

i'm becoming bored so i went to the palace hall knowing it was big enough to practice my airbending, when i was in the palace hall i saw someone forgot to shut the door again
'those lazy dai lee'i said while shutting the door
i went to the middle of the hall and started with my training creating airblasts, making wind, creating minitornados in my hand and for fun i maded an airscooter to cross around the room then i left to get back to the main door.

Ami groaned after coming across another path that didn't lead to the exit.
"Now what Fang!" she demanded
"Let me think" Fang replied
"Well think fast!" Ami snapped
Fang could feel a breeze from somewhere
"There's an exit nearby"
"Good... let's go" Rin said
"It's not gonna be that easy!" Ami warned
"I know..." Rin said
Fang turned the corner and saw no one standing around
"Can you believe its not guarded?"
"Looks can be deciving" Ami warned hoping there would be no battle, she didn't know why these guys had trusteed her so much but she apriciated it... with her recent behavior her life was in question and she knew that there was a good chance that, without their help she would have been killed. She smiled slightly looking at her helpers 'thank you very much' she said mentally

"Fang, be careful" Ami whispered before starting off, Rin stayed a bit longer, "Rin are you comming?" she asked
"Sure" Rin replied "I'm right behind you"
The girls got outside and looked back silently praying Fang would be okay
"Well, I guess it's time for us to get to the meeting place and wait... and hope Fang's gonna be okay" Ami said. The girls walked silently to the meeting point and set up to wait
(two hours later)
"What's taking him so long in there" Ami asked
"I don't know, Ami... but I don't like this"
"Me either" Ami sighed
General Scorch (Elite Fire Bender)
Scorch was on his back and Azula was about ready to attack, when Scorch said, "Look, the only reason why I came here is because I want to make a deal."??
"A deal," she asked, "I'm listening."
"Well, while I can see you are a great ruler," said Scorch, "you lack something every great ruler needs: an advisor. I can greatly aid you and your partners in your quest of finding the Avatar."
"Hmm," said Azula, "fine, I do see what you're getting at.??We have a deal. Just know this, you betray me or hesitate on any order I give you, and you will pay for treason."
"I understand," said Scorch, "but, I cannot get up at the moment. Your partner made sure of that."
"Tai??Lee," said Azula, "help my new advisor to his throne."??
"Sure Azula," said Tai Lee. She cartwheeled over to Scorch and picked him up, taking him to his new throne.
"Sorry about that," said Tai Lee, "you'll be fine in a few minutes." Scorch nodded and tested to see if he could move or not. He moved his fingers and made a very small amount of fire at the tips. Great,??thought Scorch, Now all I have to do is wait for my opportunity to escape this place. They sat there for several minutes until two Dai-Lee agents came in and were holding a familiar figure.
"My lady, we brought a tresspasser. What do you want me to do with him?" asked the Dai Lee.??Fang looked up and??was shocked to see Scorch.
"I dont know, lets see what out new friend thinks."??said Azula.??She moved to the man sitting in the throne. "What do you think we should do?"
"I dont know, but I think I'm going to have some fun," said??Scorch.
"Scorch!" exclaimed Fang, "you traitor!"
"Oh no, I think you are confused," said Scorch, "I never betrayed anyone. I have been loyal to the Fire Nation this entire time." He winked at Fang and Fang immediatley understood what Scorch was getting at.
"Fine, then," said Fang, "fight me!" Scorch stood up and Tai??Lee had a shocked expression on her??face, no doubt that she was disappointed she missed some key pressure points.
"My pleasure," said Scorch, "haven't fought an air nomad in a??very long time. This'll be fun." He walked into the middle of the throne room and met Fang. "Would??you mind?" asked Scorch to the Dai Lee. The Dai Lee looked up at Azula.
"Do it." she said. They removed the stone hand cuffs from Fang and he was freed from them. Scorch took fire in his palms and he waited for Fang to arm himself. Fang drew his??sword and Scorch winked at him again and slowly counted on his fingers to five. Fang??knew that meant to get ready. Scorch lunged at Fang and Fang jumped??up,??using the air currents around him to propel himself into the air. Scorch jumped up and??fired fire from his feet to fly into the air.
"Ha," laughed Scorch, "flight is no longer??an air bender's advantage."??Fang??swung his sword down and struck him down with an air current. Scorch??took the Chakrams into his hands and set the on fire before hurling them into the air and rushing for Fang. Fang deflected the Chakrams and Scorch caught them??before getting above Fang and punching??him down to the ground.??Scorch dive bombed??Fang, but missed and Fang rolled towards Azula.
"FOR THE GLORY OF THE ROYALTY!" exclaimed Scorch as he rushed toward Fang. Fang jumped out of the way and Scorch continued??to follow him. Fang wondered what Scorch was doing but realized that this was the only way to??keep the fight going??without raising too much suspicion. Fang pulled the strings on his coat and the two wings came out and he continued to fly around the throne room. Scorch encased his body in fire and followed him. Fang finally made one final pass toward the throne and attacked the two women (Mai and Tai-Lee) and Scorch seemed to follow, but collided with Azula.
"Nice shot Scorch!" exclaimed Fang, "now, why don't you say we get this party started!" He rushed toward the two girls (Fang, take if from here) and Scorch stood up and looked at Azula.
"Traitor!" she exclaimed.
"Yup, you have a point there," said Scorch, "but I have another. The Fire Nation will fall as long as your madness persists." Scorch began to glow ruby red and attacked Azula, forcing blue fire from his hands. She countered with the same type of attack and kicked him in the face. Scorch backed away and saw Azula was preparing her??fabled lightning attack. Scorch knew that he had been hit by it before in his current state. Scorch slowly began to walk toward her and took fire in his hands, charging at her again. He got into point-blank range of the attack and took it??head on. He grabbed Azula by the neck and tossed her aside.
"So much power," said??Azula, "it inhuman."
"That it is," said Scorch, "its called Pyro, the Great Fire Dragon!" He turned around and was about to attack her again, when orange lightning??encased his body and forced him??to fall forward.??"Not again," said Scorch. His eyes suddenly began to burn and he felt himself leave his body and go just outside of the palace. There, he saw Rin defending herself against the Dai-Lee with an unknown person (Ami) and she had just been knocked out onto the ground and hand cuffed. Scorch saw the scenary burn and turn into what has now seemed to Pyro's domain, the inside of a Volcano.
He heard Pyro laugh, "you truely are pathetic." he saw Pyro in front of him, "you are still unable to use your power to your fullest. And neither is that boy that contains the wolf spirit." Scorch immediately knew who Pyro was speaking of. "Yes, Fang, he thinks he has mastered his spirit, when only he's just tapped into it." The scenery changed again and went to a temple surrounded by clouds and a man was on a pedistal. Pyro reappeared and breathed fire at Scorch, forcing Scorch to block it. Scorch??opened his eyes and saw the temple from a few weeks ago. He saw Pyro chasing after Fang in the skies.
"What is all this?" asked Scorch. He suddenly felt himself himself faint.
"Its a shame really," said Pyro, "you never listen to others." Scorch's body had become encased in a ruby red shell and Fang noticed it.
"No, not again," said Fang, "control it." The shell burst into a million pieces and revealed Pyro standing there, looking at Azula. He roared and charged for her, spewing fire at her. She raised her arm into the air created a shield of fire to block the flames. When the fire cleared, she felt something wrap around her neck; Pyro had her. He??whirled??around and hurled her against a pillar. Just then Pyro's eyes changed from their normal gold to red. He looked up to the roof and fired a blast of fire, destroy it completely. Fang stopped his fight and followed Pyro.
"Now what is he doing?" asked Fang, "we could have won!" He followed Pyro and Pyro began to descend to the front of the palace. Fang caught up and was only able to say, "NO??WAY!" Pyro had??gone down to attack the Dai-Lee. He landed on top of some of them, instantly killing them. He attacked the others with his tail and smashed them against a wall. He whirled around and shot fire at them, forcing them onto the ground. His body suddenly began to glow and shattered to show Scorch.??Scorch broke the rocks around Rins wrist and she turned around and hugged him and kissed him quickly. Fang landed next to them and free Ami.
"Fang, guess what," said Scorch.
"What?" asked Fang.
"We gotta go to an air temple to the east of here," said Scorch, "and learn how to control our spirits to their fullest!" Scorch hugged Rin again and Rin began to cry a little bit.
"When should we leave?" asked Fang.
"Immediatley," said Scorch. (Rin, Fang, Ami, take it from here)!
