    I was at the store and there this little boy with his mom shoping.He looks at the avatar guimmies box and gose ''Avatar?I nevr hear of that show befor''and then the mom gose ''Thats a bad show for you to wacht''.I don`t think avatar is a bad show at all for young kids.Do you?

    Maybe she was overprotective, Avatar has fight scenes, or religous. Maybe its like Christians with Harry Potter or something.

    Christians?! My family is christians and THEy don't have a problem with Harry Potter... geez, people EVERYWHERE are starting to go crazy...

    Hey, make sure you specify on that one. Like, say, very, very religious christians. I'm a christian(as you should be able to tell) and I love the Harry Potter books.

    I'm also a little oversenstive to grouping a bunch of people together.

    I'm christian and my family doesn't have a problem with Harry Potter. Maybe very, very, very religious christians ?

    Mothers-- no, PARENTS have to learn that no matter how protective they are, their children will ALWAYS learn curse words, bad things, see fighting... the things that a school DOESN'T teah, yet surprisingly the FIRST things you learn.

    so bad, I'm lucky becuase my parents respects my likes,-even thought they dont' mlike I watch cartoons at my age (15)- and they love harry potter (well my dad does, but because the movies, he has never read a HP book lol -yeah my parents dounds a bit wierd lol-)
