My aunt is close, personal friends with the voice of Sokka's mother. She was talking to her about the new upcoming Avatar movies, and the mother said that they didn't know whether her son would even be in the movie.

i wonder if they will have a midnight premiere for thesse movies like they do for Harry Potter. those are really fun, and i would love it if they did it for Avatar. I seriously doubt they would do it for the first movie though, maybe the second or third?
if they did, i would totally make an outfit and go. i dont care that i will be waaaay older than the 11 year olds. that makes it more fun!

I am with you there. When this does get released, I'm getting my tent and my urban survivla guide ready. I don't care if I have stay there for a month, I'll just live off rats and pigeons. Now we just have to hope that they make it the action adventure comedy drama fantasy that Avatar is. If they miss out one of those key parts it just woudn't be as good...

Don't expect the movie to be as good since that's nearly impossible with all the things they need to cut. However, just because it can't be as great as the actual show doesn't mean it won't be a good movie.

I think it all depends on the special effects. It will either be amazing, or terribly disappointing.

I'm not expecting it to be as good as Avatar. I'm not even sure if that's possible. But I'll fruitlessly hope.
