    Would the voice actor himself make a good live-action Zuko? Dante Basco?

    If not then what actors do you think are really good for Azula, Zuko, and Ty Lee?

    tht's not a bad idea actually but his face is a little too round and his skin's not as pale as Zuko's

    IDK im pretty sure the movie cast should just be a bunch of undiscovered actors/actresses cuz I cnt think of any good actors playing any of these characters

    M.Night wants the entire cast to be known actors. I pretty sure he'll stick to his word on that. plus i think it is way to early to determine the other characters that made their first appearance after book 1.

    but in the mean time you guys can just cast it yourselves.

    If the cast is entirely out of known actors than what young actor would play Aang? How many 11-13 or young looking 14-15 do you know of that would work? Moises Aris? from Hannah Montana.

    reI'm pretty sure this isn't true...And I hope it isn't, but I saw somewhere that Joe Jonas was supposedly playing Zuko. That would be the worst thing that could possibly happen!!! I'm sure it's just some stupid rumor though.

    That is COMPLETELY FALSE. That's just an old rumor trying to resurface. It was probably sparked by some crazed JoBros fans that started the ridiculus fire. M.Night said himself that these kids are somewhere waiting to be discovered. Some could even be actors who have had very small stints on TV shows, we just don't know their names.

    Hey guys,

    Haven't been around for awhile, but thought I'd throw something in here...was re-watching "The Matrix" today and, for those who've seen the film, you know the "There is no spoon" scene? I saw that kid and immediately thought of Aang. Granted, whoever played him is far too old right now to play Aang, but it just goes to show that a bald kid dressed like a monk can work in live-action.

    P.S. You'll have to forgive the creepy dummy icon, not sure what happened to my old icon.

    NO! No Disney Cannel stars! Especially not somebody on Hannah Montana(...well, Mitchel Musso did play Aang in the Pilot but tht doesnt count becuz it was unaired) Plus Moises aris is too short lol there's a difference between looking young and looking like a 30 year old midget

    Well, I would also not want Disney Channel people in this movie. I wouldn't mind having it cast exactly the same way that the 3rd season ended in the animated part. Also, I wouldn't mind giving some up and coming stars a chance to make a big hit with this movie, so that they can become well known later.

    I think that is Shmalllalalalan's plan. In the season 2 extra he talked about how lives of the kids he's going to cast for the main characters are going to change completely after these movies.

    did anyone notice on IMDB that the movie's status says filming? i thought they didn't start filming til spring? but i'm pretty sure that they've already casted its actors.

    Thats weird.....i thought they werent starting til spring too.... Do they even have all their crew yet? You cant really start filming without your crew....it could be a typo....or something..

    If theyve already cast the actors....they havent announced them... Its seems like we have too many people watching this for them to miss something...

    i wouldnt be surprised if some people in this forum were stalking m.night. Sneaking around his house trying to get answers. Hiding in his bushes wearing the blue spirit mask.

    When the film does come out how many of u are going to sit out side the theatre like people did for star wars.
