    No, it was outside a Fire Nation town.

    Does the fire nation know that Zuko is the Blue Spirit or did Zhao snuff it before he could tell them?

    Nobody knows. More likely the second, as Zhao didn't have all that much time.

    No, it was outside a Fire Nation town.


    I think the poster was in formerly-earth-kingdom-now-occupied-by-fire-nation territory. It was all fire nation folks, but the Fire Nation itself (the island country) is pretty isolated and Aang would've had no reason to be traveling there in The Deserter.

    I wish I knew which parts of the earth kingdom are/are not occupied by the fire nation.

    Ba Sing Se and Kyoshi Island, oh and the town that celebrates Avatar Day, assuming that's EK territory, oh and also wherever Toph is, maybe. There's not many that's for sure.

    I have a theroy - anyone who is a total enemy of the firenation would be supposedly be a friend of the earthnation, (not including the fact that Iroh and Zuko aren't wanted anywher but that a whole nother story) So I would suppose that these people -might- know the story of how he rescued the avatar and junk, so he'd be an ally to the earthnation.
