Aang vs Naruto.

    Lets look at the facts for a moment...They both have tattoos, sorta. there both main characters, so they can't die(unfortanantly). all the element's against one 9 tailed fox. if you look at it there almost equal but this is also an avatar board so who do you think would most people say would win? But my vote is Naruto, cuz' he's made me laugh more.

    Seriously, one of Aang's best traits is his astonishing maturity. Where heroes like Naruto are the height of arrogance, cockiness, willingness to cheat, etc, Aang stands out as a humble, honorable being who was willing to extend the hand of mercy towards his deadliest and most dangerous foe, at great personal risk. A character like that will always trump Naruto.

    Look, while I respect both Anng and Naruto, they just... they're not seeming right. I'm-I'm sorry. But, Aang is slightly better becuase, well, he bends.

    Agreed. Sadly, you'd think more honorable characters like Aang would be more popular in television. But now most heroes have been turned into cheating, vulgar boys just for a laugh. Aang, although very immature at times, understands when he has to step up to the plate. His balance of immaturity and maturity is perfect. And he's buff!

    Agreed. Sadly, you'd think more honorable characters like Aang would be more popular in television. But now most heroes have been turned into cheating, vulgar boys just for a laugh.     I actually think that there was a thread about that some time ago; how Aang's humility and general peaceful outlook on life distinguished him from other heroes. I'll see if I can find it.

    They are both kinda the same actually, and since we cannot know how strong a tailed beast is compared to the Avatar Spirit, it's impossible to choose.

    i cant stand naruto's catch phrase. it's so annoying, thank gaara they aint doin that "beleive it" crap any more. anyways i think aang should act a little bit younger. i mean yes he's 112 but his wisdom and maturity kinda bores me. i need more comic releif! but my choice was a little hard to decide on, seeing that neither of the characters i really like.

    i think this point has been posted already but i like the fact that in avatar it doesn't take 10 episodes to go through a forest. i also like the characters in avatar better. for some reason when i watch naruto it seems like the show is out of balance with its serous and funny parts, avatar seems more balanced (no pun intended).

Isn't the answer clearly obvious who's better? Naruto sucks. "Yeah! Lets take about 10 episodes to show one fight, but don't show the end, go on another 5 episodes in a flash-back, show 20 more episodes of nothing but dialogue, then another 3 episodes of some random fight that no one cares about, then show the end of the first fight!
