Gold Medal is a store item and neck item for iFish. It was added for The Super Spongy Square Games, and given out to anybody who came in second place at games during the event. It returned for The Super Spongy Square Games 2020.

- Along with the Gold Medal and Bronze Medal, it is one of the first Neck Items for iFish.
