I'd say other because they are other people that weren't ON the show that would want to sue them.Like eagle lovers.

I'm pretty sure the campers had to sign a contract saying they would not reasponsible for stuff like that.

Owen would have the strongest case; he was the only one of the four who actually got injured, and better so it was done by a staff member than a fellow camper, wild animal, or act of god. In addition, Owen's promise not to sue in nullified by the fact that he was jumped up on pain meds.

I don't know if you could actually sue for being unfairly eliminated, unless you can prove that there was discrimination by the powers that be

Why wouldn't you would be able to sue?
The votes her switched the and staff knew all about it, but took no action. I can totally see how Courtney won the lawsuit.

Noah should've sued. It would've been funny to see him against Chris.

Owen by far. He suffered a major physical injury from Chef. I'm pretty sure that whatever he signed before TDI didn't cover giant books being lobbed at his head, hence Chris trying to convince him not to sue.

Courtney would have a pretty good case for wrongful termination of competition...except she already lost that lawsuit.

    I say LeShawna.

Having her get voted off by the eliminated people on accident was pretty stupid.

While it did make me laugh, it also got me the most irritated i've ever been at a cartoon show.

They probably didn't review the tapes until production timr, and by then they probably had shot several episodes, so bringing back Courtney would force them to reshoot every episode after her elimination, and that would cost them so much time and money that they could probably argue it would be imprctical. Besides, I'm sure that somewhere in that novel of a contract that the contestants signed, is some fine print waiver for this very situation.

She should sue Harold; it's much easier to beat a 16 year-old in court than a TV network.

Noah didn't really get much of a chance, and it would be cool to see him using logic against Chris, but Chris won't care at all.

That doesn't mean he deserves to sue though.
