definitely penny foolish. Probably a bottom episode for the series, it was lame, not funny, and just boring

Mr Krabs is the worst.Krabby Kronicle.I loved that episode,but Mr Krabs was just selfish and greedy.He made Spongebob ruin everybody's life by writing lies.And Mr Krabs broke the law by making that money,and nobody noticed that.

penny foolish was stupid. who the hell goes out of their way to get back a freakin penny??? writers, that's not funny to us, so start making some better krabs' episodes.
