why should spongebob be the main character

    why should spongebob be the main character why not patrick or sandy or mr krabs

    I would actually prefer patrick to be the main character. I do like spongebob though

    Because the show is name spongebobsqarepants.( ok not being helpful)

    Actually patrick is also like one of the main character, but he doesn't appear in all the episodes, spongebob appears in all the episode so.......

    Yeah that's the only reasonable explanation. And Steve Hillenburg said that he wanted the show to focus on an innocent oddballish character, and a sponge represented what he was aiming for.

    Let's see... how would you like a show entitled "Patrick Starpants?"

    Although, a new Spongebob show would e cool, just based on a different character. A Squidward show would e really funny.

    That would be kinda funny. Somtimes, in some of the episodes, a different character is the main charactor.

    Patrick: Stupidity
    Mr. Krabs: Loving Of Money
    Squidward: Easily Annoyed
    Sandy: Land Creature In Water
    Plankton: Evil

    This question doesn't make sense. SpongeBob is the main consept of the show. His a odd, unique self is what the show is centered on.

    True, but in he appears in every episode while other characters do not appear in every single episode. Including the shorts.
